"Hotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning.
