"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it had everything we needed. While it was a bit disappointing that the kitchen lacked cooking supplies (available for an extra 1,000 yen), the overall experience was pleasant. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to American Village, and we appreciated the in-room washer and separate dryer—especially since some of my clothes can’t be machine-dried. Detergent is available downstairs for 50 yen per load. Rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, but fresh towels are available upon request."

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to amenities. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure, and the toiletries had a pleasant scent. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall environment was relaxing. It's a highly recommended accommodation choice."

"Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!"

"후기가 없는데 숙소가 좋아보여서 고민하다가 숙박결정했어요! 구글맵, 아고다, 트립닷컴에서 이 숙소를 지칭하는 말이 다 달라서 숙소 측에 연락할 때 애를 좀 먹었지만ㅠ 셀프체크인 시스템으로 숙박 몇일 전에 메일로 체크인하는 방법이 오는 것 같은데 제가 받은 메일은 보안상의 이유로 체크인 방법이 마스킹되어서 직접 연락드렸어야했어요. 처음에 안받으셔서 큰일났다 했는데 후에 콜백 해주시더라구요! 제가 일본어는 조금 하지만 못 알아듣는 부분이 있는데 한국말을 하실 줄 아는 직원분이셔서 어렵지 않게 의사소통했습니다. 체크인은 사전에 받은 메일 속 정보(저는 전화로 알아냈지만요!)로 단말기에 입력하시면 방 호수와 비밀번호가 뜹니다! 들어가자마자 우와 했네요. 이정도 비용으로 이런 시설과 청결? 저는 가성비 그 이상이라고 봅니다. 딱 4팀만 받는 리조트라서 소란스럽지 않았어요. 아메빌도 걸어서 10분이면 가는 것 같더라구요! 접근성이 짱입니다... 다만 여느 아메빌근처 숙소답게 폭주족 소리는 심하더라구요...ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 일정 빡세게 굴리시고 기절하면 아무 문제 없을 듯 합니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 원래 숙소리뷰 잘 안쓰는데 너무 감동받아서 씁니다.. 4인 이상으로 다시 오면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소에요."

"The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!"

"I was really surprised by how cramped the parking lot was. They've crammed in too many spaces, and I was worried about my car getting dinged by others. It honestly feels like an accident waiting to happen. The hotel's location was good, but the room was incredibly humid. The floor and bedding felt constantly damp. I didn't see or smell any mold, so maybe it was just an exceptionally humid day. It would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles or an ice machine available."

"I compared the prices to hotels near American Village, but decided to stay here, even though it was a bit of a walk. It only takes about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to get to American Village. There's also parking nearby, so driving is a breeze. It was great to be able to wash and dry my wet clothes after a few days of rain or playing in the water! The washer and dryer were a fantastic choice. There were one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed, so four people could sleep comfortably. (The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was worth it for the price.) There was a convenience store right in front, so the kids had a blast raiding the place every morning and evening. The ramen restaurant right next door was delicious, too. 👍🏻 The parking lot was also ample and convenient. I actually thought it was a good decision to stay here instead of the American Village Hotel. It was quiet, easy to get to, and the price was reasonable. I didn't contact you in advance for check-in on the first day, but I arrived around 8:30. Thank you for waiting until late and for your kind guidance. If I ever visit Okinawa again, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you."
