"Great location! Great sink! Great balcony! However, I will list the downsides. The shower water kept switching between cold and hot, so I had to stop several times while showering. Even worse, the water came out in tiny trickles, making showering a very unpleasant experience. The full-option facilities—microwave, kettle, induction cooktop, pots, refrigerator, etc.—were good, but the showerheads definitely need to be replaced to ensure good water pressure so guests can shower without inconvenience. I had to go to the airport, but the elevator was broken, so I had to rush down the stairs. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby on the first floor and not in the guest rooms, so I had to use my phone once I got to the first floor. As you can see in the photos, the blackout curtains didn't function as blackout curtains at all, so I had to sleep in a room where the sunlight streamed in brightly like that. I booked room 703, but the view was blocked by a wall on the left balcony. It would be better to get a room with a view toward Coco Bongo. My room was at the end of the hallway, and the view was obstructed by a pillar on the left side of the balcony."

"No water in the room, you need to buy it yourself There is a stove, no kettle There is a refrigerator, no electricity There is a microwave oven, or no electricity There is a shower, there is no unified direction of water flow, the water column is scattered everywhere, and the bath is like no water. No shower gel, a bottle of shampoo without foam The photo looks good, and the living is really not very good."

"The hotel was quite beautiful and the staff were kind and friendly! The location to the beach is bad, but it is quite satisfactory because you can go by Uber for about 100 pesos. There is also a shopping mall next door."

"Perfect place for the price! We regret that we only booked 2 nights, as we ceould explore the city a bit more with ease. The hotel location is perfect for arranging the tours with pickup point a few steps away. Two 24/7 convenience stores saved us both nights, coming late from the airport and the Chichen Itza tour."

"All perfect, from room to service we felt immediately in a comfortable place. All super clean and comfortable. The only sin is that so many ants in the common area, which is beautiful, so take a repellent to ants and you will see that you love your stay."
