"Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."

"We would like to start with what we liked. The breakfast options were excellent, with a great variety and even fresh salmon available. The pool area and main pool were very nice and clean, and the staff at the pool were kind and attentive. However, overall the experience did not fully satisfy us. The beach area is very windy, making it difficult to swim, and it is also not very easy to access. The general vibe of the hotel seems more suitable for party-oriented guests rather than families with small children. The biggest issue we encountered was the dinner reservation system. All restaurants require advance reservations except for one. As we are traveling with two small children, having dinner at 9 pm is not possible for us, and all earlier time slots were fully booked several days in advance. Unfortunately, the staff were not flexible and did not offer any solution. We asked if we could eat at the bar, but were told no due to regulations. We also asked about takeaway food and received the same answer. Room service offered only a very limited menu with a few main courses, two salads, and a small selection of antipasti. We believe this policy should be reconsidered. A first-come, first-served system for most restaurants, with perhaps only one requiring reservations, would work much better — especially for families. It was disappointing to pay for an all-inclusive stay without having the opportunity to enjoy most of the restaurants."

"Very very large hotel with many stores and restaurants . There are lots of amenities but most are extra pay (which is a bit unfortunate given how much the hotel is already)."

"This is a very well-run all-inclusive hotel. The food and drinks are fantastic, and there are plenty of activities. The sea and beach are top-notch, and the environment feels safe. We had a wonderful holiday here. The only minor downside is that some restaurant staff were not very enthusiastic and seemed to treat guests differently."

"Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"It’s a big scale hotel with all the facilities, swimming pools are nice. Service is just standard, welcome snacks are missing and we have to ask to slippers. Thought it’s pretty standard provision for the fees we’re paying. Great views from the rooms."

"The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, and both the room and facilities were spotless. The food at the poolside bar and other snack spots within the hotel wasn't exceptional (for example, the matcha latte I ordered had no matcha flavor at all), but it varied, and the convenience of being able to order something anytime I wanted to eat or drink outweighed any minor disappointments. I made a reservation at the steak restaurant for dinner, and the appetizer salad and soup were much larger than I expected. I felt bad about not being able to finish them, so I'd recommend that those who eat light inquire about portion sizes beforehand. The room service menu was also extensive, and I found myself wishing I could have tried more. While it's not a beachfront hotel, meaning you have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach, and thus not ideal for those who want the ocean right outside their door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
