"I booked the room for the day before and the day after the concert. The concert finished very late, so it was a huge relief to have a condo so close to the arena. The location absolutely makes up for any inconveniences. The room is clean, spacious, and has both AC and a fan. I did see a couple of insects, but that's pretty normal for Thailand."

"The customer service response speed was the best I've ever seen. Even at 2 AM, they responded quickly. Although there were some communication issues due to translation, after a few tries, we could communicate smoothly. The room environment was actually decent. There's a snack bar downstairs from the room, a 24-hour supermarket across the street from the rental, and many other shops. It's about a ten-minute brisk walk to the concert venue, which I walked to every day. Walking back at 2 or 3 AM felt relatively safe too. In terms of location, it was quite good. Since I had to find accommodation only a week before the concert and many hotels were fully booked, I decided to try this place. It offered pretty good value for money. However, there were downsides. There were too many small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom and kitchen where there are drains. They were everywhere on the floor. Luckily, I didn't see any on the bed, and fortunately, they weren't large cockroaches. Also, I'm not sure if the air conditioning was broken or if the airflow was just very weak. It was extremely hot in the afternoon, feeling like there was no air coming out at all, but there was some airflow at night, which might be related to the temperature. The furniture wasn't very old, but I didn't use it much anyway, as I was out all day and only returned at night to shower and sleep. The door locks were simple: a padlock on the iron gate and a button lock on the doorknob. The refrigerator provided four or five bottles of mineral water. A hairdryer and an extension cord were provided, but you need to bring your own international adapter. So, if you just need a place to stay overnight, this place is actually quite good. If I don't have better options next time, I would still choose this place, but I'll bring insecticide next time. 😂"

"The accommodation is very close to Impact Arena, within walking distance. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and a 7-Eleven, and it's near Cosmo Bazaar, so you don't have to worry about food. The room was very clean, equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, and drinking water. The air conditioning was perfectly cold. The property was quick to respond to chats and provided excellent service. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok."

"The room is very good, clean, spacious, the air conditioner is cool and comfortable, there is a refrigerator, TV, microwave, downstairs there are food, there are many shops, opposite the accommodation is the Cosmo mall, there is a MaxValu open 24 hours, very close to Impact, but if you go to Thunder Dome, you may have to walk a bit, walk on the skywalk, you will arrive quickly. Overall, it is convenient, comfortable, there is a mall, food, the room is clean. Next time if there is a concert around here, I will come to stay here again."

"The landlord is easy to contact and polite. The room is clean and fully equipped; you only need to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste 😝❤️. There's free Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, and hairdryer. The location is busy but not chaotic, noisy, or dangerous. There are motorcycle taxis in front of the building, and it's close to a shopping mall and 7-Eleven. Ideal for people coming to a concert and looking for reasonably priced accommodation."
