"This hotel is off the tourist area, North of Bangkok. Clean and comfortable room. I stayed in 2 different room one floor apart. The second room did NOT have any outlets at the bed area to plug in a phone. Breakfast is usually same fare each day and one Thai variation each day. It is a buffet style and very much worth it when booking your room. Toiletries and water supplied every day. Parking can get full when hotel is fully booked but there is usually overflow parking in the area. Good choices to eat in the area, ESPECIALLY FOR DINNER up to about 9 PM. Then you are out of luck."

"The price really jumped when there was a concert, but overall the staff were lovely. The room wasn't very soundproof; I could hear everything. It was a bit dark at night, definitely not ideal for doing makeup. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The parking was a bit limited, so I had to park in the building next door. 🥹"

"Given it's a long-standing local five-star hotel, I won't dwell too much on the price. I stayed here for an exhibition, and the cleanliness was quite good. As it's an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated. I personally don't like soft beds. The service was mostly fine, but there was a constant dripping sound and floor creaks throughout the night, along with strange noises coming from the room control box. I hope they can investigate those issues. The breakfast was decent, with everything you'd expect, so no complaints there. The front desk service was also very quick. However, the persistent strange noises in the room all night long are really something they should look into thoroughly."

"I booked the room for the day before and the day after the concert. The concert finished very late, so it was a huge relief to have a condo so close to the arena. The location absolutely makes up for any inconveniences. The room is clean, spacious, and has both AC and a fan. I did see a couple of insects, but that's pretty normal for Thailand."

"Every staff member provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay. My only issue was the noise. If you're seeking peace and quiet, I wouldn't highly recommend it because there are many restaurants and bars nearby playing music. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear noise if there are guests in the adjacent rooms. The facilities are quite comprehensive. There's complimentary tea and coffee available as a welcome drink, and you can make it anytime. Frozen food, snacks, and drinks are also available for purchase at the lobby."

"The customer service response speed was the best I've ever seen. Even at 2 AM, they responded quickly. Although there were some communication issues due to translation, after a few tries, we could communicate smoothly. The room environment was actually decent. There's a snack bar downstairs from the room, a 24-hour supermarket across the street from the rental, and many other shops. It's about a ten-minute brisk walk to the concert venue, which I walked to every day. Walking back at 2 or 3 AM felt relatively safe too. In terms of location, it was quite good. Since I had to find accommodation only a week before the concert and many hotels were fully booked, I decided to try this place. It offered pretty good value for money. However, there were downsides. There were too many small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom and kitchen where there are drains. They were everywhere on the floor. Luckily, I didn't see any on the bed, and fortunately, they weren't large cockroaches. Also, I'm not sure if the air conditioning was broken or if the airflow was just very weak. It was extremely hot in the afternoon, feeling like there was no air coming out at all, but there was some airflow at night, which might be related to the temperature. The furniture wasn't very old, but I didn't use it much anyway, as I was out all day and only returned at night to shower and sleep. The door locks were simple: a padlock on the iron gate and a button lock on the doorknob. The refrigerator provided four or five bottles of mineral water. A hairdryer and an extension cord were provided, but you need to bring your own international adapter. So, if you just need a place to stay overnight, this place is actually quite good. If I don't have better options next time, I would still choose this place, but I'll bring insecticide next time. 😂"
