"Breakfast is perfect but not for long stay boring menu even though food is delicious. Amenities like towels are not enough give only body towels not facial towels. Room is spotless. Pool is enough only for kids not for adult. Overall price to performance is great."

"The accommodation is very close to Impact Arena with a skywalk connection, which is very convenient. The hotel might not be very new because it's always fully booked, so there might be some mold or stains on the floor in certain areas. But overall, it's great. The housekeepers clean every day, and the bed is soft. It's suitable for people coming to concerts."

"The hotel is really close to the subway station; you can see Koo as soon as you exit. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and if you walk a bit further from the hotel, there's a pretty good and affordable street food stall. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great; if your neighbors are noisy, you can definitely hear it clearly. There are plenty of food options around. If you're going to Impact Arena, this place is definitely worth staying at."

"I stayed here with a friend because we were going to a concert at Thunder Dome, and it was great! The breakfast was clean and well-organized. Especially during the hot summer, it was so convenient and nice that we could go through the indoor walkway connected to the 2nd floor without having to go outside. And I loved the cute welcome note the staff left for us at check-in; it was such a thoughtful touch! 💙 I always stay here whenever I come to Impact Arena, and I'm always grateful for the kind staff! "The front desk staff were quite good. However, if you're relying on public transport, it might be a bit inconvenient as you'll need to transfer to get there. The hotel does offer shuttle services to various locations. The room itself is decent if you're traveling solo, though it's quite small for the price. The bed was incredibly soft and saggy; I've never slept anywhere quite so unsupportive before. But overall, it's okay and suitable for those attending concerts at Impact Arena."

"The room was fantastic! As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by a lovely scent. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, and the amenities were complete. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Most importantly, the location was excellent – close to many food options and super convenient for getting to concerts. It's really close to Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus). I was very impressed! If I get a chance to go to another concert at Thammasat or Impact Arena, I will definitely stay here again. 💖"

"For anyone attending events at Impact Arena who wants an affordable stay (if booked in advance) but doesn't want to risk the scary *Popula* condos, I highly recommend this place. It's right on Chaeng Watthana Road, about an 8-minute walk to the Pink Line BTS station (or one bus stop away). There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, a 'Mookata' (Thai BBQ) place at the entrance of the alley, and it's not far from Lotus's and Chan Avenue (a 10-minute walk). If you don't have a car, you can walk as described above. To get to Impact, you can call a Grab Saver for around 30+ baht, or if there are two of you, take a taxi which can drive along the canal. For the return trip, you can take the BTS or a car along the canal and walk back a short distance. Late check-in is available, with a guard on duty. The room and bed were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was also clean, though the shower pressure was a bit weak, even on the second floor. Outside noise wasn't an issue, both from outside the building and within. I couldn't hear the neighbors, so the soundproofing is excellent. However, the mini-fridge was noisy 😂. At first, I thought it was my neighbor repeatedly closing their bathroom door, but listening closer, it was definitely the fridge. They provide two small bottles of drinking water daily, tissues, a bath towel, and a hand towel. Hairdryers need to be signed out from reception. There are elevators on every floor, which is very convenient. Overall, I loved it! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back."

"The room decor is lovely! The hallway entrance was quite narrow, but once you open the door, the room itself is surprisingly spacious and large. It's fully equipped. I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The admin (or host) was very quick to respond."
