The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Downstairs is the Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, with a large shopping mall and a street food market nearby. There's also a food court on the first floor of the mall, six 7-Eleven stores of various sizes, a large 24-hour supermarket, and a Thai beauty supermarket! If you're a 'China stomach' (meaning you prefer Chinese food) and can't get used to Thai cuisine, you can find options like Zhang Liang Malatang, Lanzhou La Mian, and self-service hotpot.

I'm going by boat taxi because it's surrounded by rivers. You can spend a relaxing time listening to the sound of the river, prayers heard from afar, and the sound of insects and birds. The time that flowed slowly was the best. The owner family was very kind, the breakfast was delicious and the cozy was very good. One thing to be careful about is that there are cats in this inn ２, but these children are aiming for breakfast. laughter It was the best stay.

The hotel is fantastic for staycation. The design is nice - Thai Colonial style that bring back my childhood memories. The room is big, cozy But a little bit noisy at night. Maybe because the room close to wedding avenue.

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

I found this accommodation very good in terms of location, cleanness, friendly and helpful reception, local food market just downstairs, reasonable room fee, and many others features. Thank you for the accommodation and surely will return.

For anyone attending events at Impact Arena who wants an affordable stay (if booked in advance) but doesn't want to risk the scary *Popula* condos, I highly recommend this place. It's right on Chaeng Watthana Road, about an 8-minute walk to the Pink Line BTS station (or one bus stop away). There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, a 'Mookata' (Thai BBQ) place at the entrance of the alley, and it's not far from Lotus's and Chan Avenue (a 10-minute walk). If you don't have a car, you can walk as described above. To get to Impact, you can call a Grab Saver for around 30+ baht, or if there are two of you, take a taxi which can drive along the canal. For the return trip, you can take the BTS or a car along the canal and walk back a short distance. Late check-in is available, with a guard on duty. The room and bed were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was also clean, though the shower pressure was a bit weak, even on the second floor. Outside noise wasn't an issue, both from outside the building and within. I couldn't hear the neighbors, so the soundproofing is excellent. However, the mini-fridge was noisy 😂. At first, I thought it was my neighbor repeatedly closing their bathroom door, but listening closer, it was definitely the fridge. They provide two small bottles of drinking water daily, tissues, a bath towel, and a hand towel. Hairdryers need to be signed out from reception. There are elevators on every floor, which is very convenient. Overall, I loved it! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.

This hotel is close to impact arena and serves its purpose. Price to experience is fairly good. The midnight receptionist was helpful in solving my leaked AC. Fyi the hotel doesn't have elevator, comprised of 4 floors.

Normally, checking in is a bit of a hassle as there's usually a dedicated check-in desk. Since I'd never been to Muang Thong before, it was even more confusing. The building layout felt a bit odd and incomplete, and finding parking, especially with a larger car, was quite difficult. Still, it was okay, not terrible. The instructions for self-check-in and accessing the room were clear and easy to understand. The room itself was fine and looked clean and tidy. The air conditioning was set to 16 degrees, but it didn't feel very cool or crisp. However, the room wasn't stuffy, and it was a comfortable stay.

The room is pretty old, there was some smell in the room. The bathroom have stain everywhere on the floor+some on the wall and also a large hole on ceiling. But it is also very close to everything, 7-11 and Central mall in range of 100m. AC and hot water is working fine

Perfect for nature lovers, there are squirrels, birds, fish swimming, and you can relax by bathing in the forest. However, there are few shops in the area and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. It may not be a problem for those traveling by car or motorbike, but it is a little far from the town and inconvenient.
