HHikari0v0Novotel is very convenient for the people who attend event at Impact Arena. Just 5 mins walking time to the venue. There are 7-11 and many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is quite near to Don Mueang airport, ard 20min plus by car.
Hotel room is clean and big, staff are very friendly and nice. Hotel breakfast is delicious and have many choices!
I will be back to Novotel when I attend the event at impact arena in May!

The owners of the unit is friendly, but unable to meet her/him, we were communicate by text only. its a simple and basic home stay, clean with small toilet. 7-11 is near by walking distance ＜ 5min, Cosmos Bazaar near by walking distance 5-8min, impact arena near by walking distance 12min, lots of nice foods and VERY THAI LOCAL living style area. if you want to explore something OUT OF TOWN, a great place to come over too.

AAnonymous UserThe room is quite spacious, and the wet and dry areas are very well separated. The surroundings are a bit desolate, but transportation is convenient as it's right outside the BTS station. There's also a 7-Eleven across the road, and small stalls start setting up outside the 7-Eleven in the afternoon. The only minor downside is that if you want to sleep in a bit in the morning, you might hear some train noise, but it's not too loud or long-lasting.

GGuest UserGreat for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

SStanJIt's a nice accommodation that's not big, but has everything you need. It's such an appropriate place for a short break away from the bustling city center of Bangkok. It's quiet and peaceful. I'd like to stay again next time.
Disadvantage: I booked for 2 nights, on the first day they said there were no vacancies of the premium studio I booked, so they gave me a small room. I was able to move to the room I booked on the next day, but it's a pity that I couldn’t stay in the room I wanted on the first day because I made a reservation in advance. It's a pity that the water pressure was weak.

GGuest UserThe place is very near Impact Arena, so it is very convenient to concert goers. It was a nice stay. The room is cleaned, the owner is kind and there are many food stalls outside. It is also walking distance to the Outlet, so you can go shopping during the day and enjoy the night market during the night. And most of all, I enjoyed One Ok Rock concert..haha

NNokkoFor anyone attending events at Impact Arena who wants an affordable stay (if booked in advance) but doesn't want to risk the scary *Popula* condos, I highly recommend this place. It's right on Chaeng Watthana Road, about an 8-minute walk to the Pink Line BTS station (or one bus stop away). There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, a 'Mookata' (Thai BBQ) place at the entrance of the alley, and it's not far from Lotus's and Chan Avenue (a 10-minute walk). If you don't have a car, you can walk as described above. To get to Impact, you can call a Grab Saver for around 30+ baht, or if there are two of you, take a taxi which can drive along the canal. For the return trip, you can take the BTS or a car along the canal and walk back a short distance.
Late check-in is available, with a guard on duty. The room and bed were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was also clean, though the shower pressure was a bit weak, even on the second floor. Outside noise wasn't an issue, both from outside the building and within. I couldn't hear the neighbors, so the soundproofing is excellent. However, the mini-fridge was noisy 😂. At first, I thought it was my neighbor repeatedly closing their bathroom door, but listening closer, it was definitely the fridge. They provide two small bottles of drinking water daily, tissues, a bath towel, and a hand towel. Hairdryers need to be signed out from reception. There are elevators on every floor, which is very convenient. Overall, I loved it! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.

AAnonymous UserIf you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice.
