Unit 7 is a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian Home in the center of town. First bedroom has a Queen size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed. Living room also has full size Sofa bed sleeps 2. Newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. A lovely balcony/porch with view of Victorian rooftops; a perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Cable TV, WiFi. One parking spot provided at the near by Bank Street lot. Free washer and dryer on premises. Bring your own linens and towels. (You can also rent linens from Linen Ladies)You are responsible for tidying up before you check out. Bookings for summer rental are 7days minimum, Saturday 4pm check in to Saturday 11am check out. Off season bookings are two night minimum. The cleaning fee for all visits is $100. Cape May New Jersey is known for its beautiful beaches and many grand Victorian Homes. It’s the oldest seaside resort in America. Shops and restaurants line the Washington Street Mall on 3 pedestrian blocks. Near by is the Cape May Point State Park which offers a great view of the Cape May lighthouse and nature trails; with ranger guided activities. Beautiful traditional decor adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore. Unit 2 has been completely renovated! New floors, new paint, new appliances, new furniture…you name it we did it!! This unit is perfect for a larger family (sleeps 7) with 2 bedrooms , a bump out kitchen, and comfortable living area. The kitchen is beautiful and drenched with sunlight with large windows and beach views from the front window. The master bedroom has a king size bed and romantic en suite bath with a claw foot tub. This tub is in the process of adding a working shower so bath or shower this bathroom will be a wonderful space. This is the only space that I do not have pictures of the redo, as it is currently underway now. But there will be a new toilet, new floors, and in general, a complete facelift that I am very excited about. The second bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with a full bottom and twin top and the other with 2 twins.this bedroom has a fun French Victorian vibe and view of the ocean. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection and a beautiful new4 seater sofa that is as comfortable as it is good looking.The washer and dryer, along with an outdoor shower, make clean-up from the beach easy. Note that there are no dedicated parking spots available, however ample free street parking in front on W Perry St., S Broadway, as well as several streets adjacent (Congress St., Windsor Ave., Grant St., etc.). To access the apartment, guests must walk through the restaurant’s driveway around the rear of the building and ascend a flight of stairs. The upper floor of the apartment requires another flight of stairs.The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, and pots. There is a microwave, gas stove and oven, full sized refrigerator and freezer, drip coffeepot.*No smoking and no pet home.Occupancy – 6-8 people.*Linens are not included but linens/towels are available for rental.
