There is only one partial shared wall between the two spaces allowing for maximum privacy. The neighborhood is dog friendly and we have a small dog in our living space but in order to keep the rental space clean and enjoyable for all guests, we don't allow dogs.The location is on a quiet street and convenient to many of Portland's unique neighborhoods (Kenton, Alberta Arts, Mississippi, St. John's) and five miles from downtown. There is easy access to many conveniences like Columbia Park (3 blocks), bus stop (two blocks), U. of P. (one mile), and Green Zebra Grocery (6 blocks).
