"Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel."

"We were hardly at the hotel during our family vacation but let me tell you how affordable it was and the breakfast was good. The pool was great my kids had so much fun during the crazy weather. The staff is very friendly and accommodating with your needs. By walking distance we had some amazing restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Saw fireworks from outside my hotel room."

It was so late at night when I booked and they wouldn’t. Cancel my reservation. Now I had to pay for a room I didn’t even use. So disappointed in their customer support."

"Sad. They are allowing non guest onto the beach in front of the hotel with tents and fishing. The people fishing ran off the guest sitting close by them. Where the non hotel guest sat their tent would have been great for the guest. Back in the summer they didn’t allow this stuff to happen."

"Very unassuming on the outside but incredible interior and amenities. Indoor and outdoor pools, spa and fun and games for kids. Great for families but still quiet enough for couples or business. Clean room and plenty of towels and toiletries if needed more , excellent housekeeping service and close to all the local area spots and walking distance to groceries store Publix. Lots of places of restaurants to choose nearby or walk to , overall best place to stay at hotel Hilton brand and convince of local locations and excellent service and clean rooms . I'll be coming back again as a family trip ."
