The breakfast was truly abundant; having traveled through Xinjiang to Qinghai and stayed in hotels for a month, this breakfast was one of the best I've had! The location is superb, nestled right in the heart of the Yardang landform. You've got the popular cliff slide, breathtaking sunsets that set the perfect mood, and the Milky Way visible just by looking up, all within reach. Step outside, and you're at the desert pool and the emerald-green salt lake. In the evenings, there's a bonfire and a fireworks show. You honestly don't need to rush around visiting various attractions; just staying at this hotel makes your trip feel complete. The butler even prepared a small birthday gift for me, which was so touching!"

It was very comfortable given the large temperature difference between day and night at high altitudes. The room was well-maintained, with all necessary disposable amenities provided. They even had complimentary bottled water, and there was also free purified water available in the lobby. There was a restaurant nearby, making dining very convenient; the food was delicious. Check-in was quick, parking was free, and it was great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone driving to Golmud!"

"The location is excellent; you can see the sign to the left as you exit the high-speed rail station. I took the high-speed rail from Xining and arrived at 6:40 AM. I immediately dropped off my luggage and headed to Chaka Lake, making full use of my time. However, the showerhead's water flow wasn't very good, although there was a fan."

We even overslept and came down at 9:40 AM, but the staff specially served us porridge, worried it might be difficult to get otherwise. On our check-out day, a staff member even helped us navigate out of the parking lot. This was by far the best service we encountered on our trip, highly recommended for families traveling with kids. Plus, the People's Hospital is right next door, and downstairs restaurants were still open past 11 PM, which was really convenient."
