"Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities."

"Booked this hotel for my family of 4 and it was amazing! We ordered room service as soon as we got there and the food was ready in 28 min and it was a big spread that we ordered. Was expensive but the quality was great. Even more was the decor and the design for the room amazing mood lighting and that tub was amazing. If I’m in the area again I will definitely get this hotel"
