This E-shang hotel truly has my heart! I'm thoroughly impressed with every aspect. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. With Guangzhou's scorching heat right now, the staff immediately and thoughtfully offered me a refreshing glass of iced lemon water as soon as I walked in, seeing how sweaty I was. I was really touched and incredibly satisfied with E-shang's service! Secondly, the room's cleanliness was impeccable; every visible area was spotless. The room also features a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant for one-touch control of the AC and lights, which was super convenient. There's a self-service laundry room on the first floor, making it easy to wash and dry clothes. And if you're in a hurry to go out, you can even ask the staff to wash and dry them for you and have them delivered back to your room – now that's truly thoughtful! Oh, and the location is fantastic too; it's close to all the major attractions, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. All in all, I'll definitely be back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations on my trip to Guangzhou! The location is superb, right by the Pearl River. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive. It's also very close to Canton Tower and the subway station, making sightseeing and getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, my stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room's soundproofing and cleanliness were great. They also offer a shuttle service, which is a huge plus, especially since it's only a five-minute drive from the high-speed train station. I arrived at the South Station at midnight, called the hotel, and they had a car to pick me up within fifteen minutes. In the morning, they provide shuttle service to the station every half hour. My room didn't include breakfast, but they thoughtfully gave me a complimentary breakfast when I checked out. I even left something behind, and the staff quickly responded and helped arrange its return. This hotel is definitely a top choice for anyone on a layover or catching an early high-speed train.

This hotel really nails the details! There were no strange smells in the hallway, and I could easily adjust the hot and cold water in the bathroom. The nightlight was perfectly dimmed, not harsh on the eyes at all. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was fresh and hot. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner downstairs. It's quiet and so comfortable—definitely the kind of place I'd actively recommend to friends.

The location isn't all that's attractive to the eye, it's like an industrial place, had to confirm the location as we drove closer. Arrived and the reception was clean and welcoming of course the check-in for foreigners takes “ 32” days😏 it didn't help that it was cold and drizzly outside and I was freezing. After 7 days and 9 years, I was given my key and I reminded the receptionist that my stay came with like a fruit basket of some sort, well let's say there was nothing to write home about in the “ basket “ but the nectarines helped when I was on the trail race the following day. My room was on the 5th floor, clean and spacious was my first impression, besides the lack of a mini bar fridge, there was a “wardrobe “ a working TV, a table, and a sofa.🥲🌞Towels were clean and plenty, they had the sleepers and your toothbrush set and your usual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash🌞. The other two were full, bar the conditioner. There are no shower sleepers😒, but the shower is quite spacious. Weird is if you shower the toilet floor is gonna be wet because there's no shower door😏, just the one main bathroom door. The water was quite hot, just the way water temperature should be in winter 🌞. They have a full-on laundry room on the 6th floor. My room was next to the main road which I quite regretted as I'm very sensitive to noise and there was an occasional sound of a plane flying past (this is just for me because I really can't do buzzing, humming, or droning noises). The laundry room helped a lot because I didn't wanna travel with wet stinky clothes so I did my laundry and got ready to leave. It's a decent hotel, the location is not so attractive but the inside is quite something. The assistants didn't speak English so we used Translator.

The hotel is right next to Nanzhou subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for both leisure and business trips!

I've always stayed at E-Shang for business trips before, and it's quite standardized and more thoughtful than other hotels. When checking in with a child, the hotel staff even gave us a welcome gift. They also prepared kids' slippers and toothbrushes, which was a really nice touch. I love the smell of E-Shang's hand soap – it's wonderful. The tea in the room is also very fragrant, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The bedding is comfortable, soft, and skin-friendly. The staff here are also quite enthusiastic, the service is exceptionally good and gentle, and their smiles are sweet, which I really appreciate. You can also store your luggage after checking out. I highly recommend E-Shang if you're traveling with children. Their breakfast completely exceeded my expectations! The variety isn't astonishing, but it excels in being refined and practical. For mains, there are freshly cooked noodles, soft steamed buns, and warm century egg and lean meat congee. You can even add various toppings to the noodles yourself, making them fresh and warming to the stomach; the portions are just right. There are also fresh fruits and soy milk; the fruit slices are neat and juicy, and the soy milk is rich. What's most considerate is that the food is kept warm, and the staff promptly replenish dishes and clear plates, making the entire dining environment clean and tidy. Being able to enjoy such fresh, palatable, and comfortable breakfast is well worth it, whether you're staying at the hotel or coming specifically for the meal. After eating, you'll feel energetic all day!

5/5 Recommend Great place for business travellers! Low price yet clean room, full amenities, and excellent service. The free breakfast is very good too, and it opens really early (7am), which is good timing to have a fast bite before going to work. They even have a robot service that brings food delivery straight to the room. 👍
