This E-shang hotel truly has my heart! I'm thoroughly impressed with every aspect. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. With Guangzhou's scorching heat right now, the staff immediately and thoughtfully offered me a refreshing glass of iced lemon water as soon as I walked in, seeing how sweaty I was. I was really touched and incredibly satisfied with E-shang's service! Secondly, the room's cleanliness was impeccable; every visible area was spotless. The room also features a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant for one-touch control of the AC and lights, which was super convenient. There's a self-service laundry room on the first floor, making it easy to wash and dry clothes. And if you're in a hurry to go out, you can even ask the staff to wash and dry them for you and have them delivered back to your room – now that's truly thoughtful! Oh, and the location is fantastic too; it's close to all the major attractions, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. All in all, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a convenient location, with a subway station approximately 300 meters away. The surrounding area is lively and offers abundant dining options, making it very convenient. Fifth Middle School is also quite close, just about 800 meters from the hotel.

This hotel really nails the details! There were no strange smells in the hallway, and I could easily adjust the hot and cold water in the bathroom. The nightlight was perfectly dimmed, not harsh on the eyes at all. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was fresh and hot. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just around the corner downstairs. It's quiet and so comfortable—definitely the kind of place I'd actively recommend to friends.

Facilities: The amenities are complete, including a laundry room, dryer, and gym. It was raining when I visited, so the dryer came in very handy. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was decent, not the best but certainly not the worst – perfectly adequate for a business trip, in my opinion. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station and in the heart of Yuexiu District, making it incredibly convenient for both tourism and business travel. Service: Most of the front desk staff were great – very kind, patient, and even provided some travel tips. However, there was one who had a sour expression and gave very perfunctory answers to questions, which was quite off-putting! Overall, about 70% of the staff were excellent.

The room had great natural light, was on a high floor, and was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors and fresh air! 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the main road. Taxis are easy to flag down, and there are bus stops and a subway station right outside, making it very convenient! 4. The hotel facilities are great. The room had a mini-fridge, and there's a microwave available in the lobby for heating food, which was very handy! 5. The atmosphere is also lovely. The lobby lounge area is spacious and very well air-conditioned! I'll definitely be recommending this to friends and family.

This is my second time booking, and I'm very satisfied. The hot water supply was excellent, and the room layout was well-designed. The front desk lady was also very kind; when she found out we only had one breakfast included, she gave us an extra one. Her attitude was really good.

Even the cleaning staff were friendly; I bumped into one on my way back to the room and she cheerfully gave me some extra toilet paper. Room: Great value for money. For the price, the facilities were more than adequate. Since it's in a residential area, the view from the window naturally offered a glimpse into local life and daily hustle and bustle. Breakfast: The restaurant was clean and bright with a good variety of choices. While not as extensive as a typical buffet, it was certainly enough for breakfast, offering both Western and Chinese options. The food quality was standard. Location: It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, located in a residential area with plenty of restaurants and daily necessities stores nearby, making it very convenient.

This ECharm Hotel near Nanzhou Subway Station was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, making getting around a breeze. The room was meticulously clean, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet, and the price was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely worth coming back to.

The room was very clean and nice, and the hotel front desk service was super friendly. I highly recommend this place. There are many food stalls downstairs and Zhengjia Plaza is right across the street, making it very convenient for getting around. I definitely recommend it and will come back next time! Thanks!

The E-Shang Hotel is surrounded by a great variety of supermarkets, markets, and snack streets. The hotel service itself is excellent; the staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with separate areas for washing your face, brushing your teeth, and showering, which is very convenient. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection is too limited and repetitive, with the same few items offered every day. The breakfast staff also seemed rather unfriendly in the mornings, never greeting guests. After 9 AM, the food selection dwindles, and refills are slow. I hope they can improve this aspect.
