"Great customer services by the hotel staffs expecially 国芳，小宁 还有 Momo. From day 1 till we checkout, I have no complaints at all.
Hotel location is excellent as its in the centre of Beijing Road. Cleanliness is superb as I could walk around the room barefooted. Toilet and shower rooms are very clean as well. For non smokers, there's no foul smell at all throughout my stay.
The amenities in the hotel especially the laundry room is berry high tech and sufficient. There are 9 washing machines and 9 dryers. You do not have to wait in the laundry room as you can scan your wechat or room tv for notifications when it's almost done. Good for travelers who do not wish to bring top many clothing"

"Very convenient location for this price point. How to tell? When you hear many fellow Singaporeans in the lobby and lift, you know you're near food and shopping, and we clearly know a good spot when we find one.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials you'd need for a short or extended stay. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient.
The hotel staff were helpful and responsive. Check-in was smooth. And love the robot service for ******* orders
A couple of minor notes: WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, and one might still hear impatient drivers on the road at the 9th storey. But honestly, for the price and location, these are small trade-offs.
Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the area, and you're steps away from everything."

"Staying at Huacheng Hotel during a layover at Baiyun Airport was a real gem! I particularly want to commend the free airport shuttle service. The driver was quick to pick me up for my flight, which saved me a taxi fare – such great value.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient. Check-in and check-out were fast, and they were very responsive to any requests. My room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and I had a quiet night's sleep – the soundproofing was excellent.
The water pressure was good, hot water came quickly, and the Wi-Fi was stable. All the toiletries were provided. The hallways and lobby had a simple yet elegant decor, and the whole place was quiet and peaceful.
Overall, it offers incredible value for money, is close to the airport, and is my top choice for an overnight layover. I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly through Baiyun!"

"The location is very good because of proximity to a lot of shops, malls and restaurants. The staff need to abit more friendly. Mia (a staff at the reception) was quite pleasant. The cleaners do not do a thorough job. They change the sheets and sometimes forget to dust the furniture, or replace the shower gel, or replace the toilet roll, or clean the floor. A dirty floor towel was placed in my bathroom ones and sometimes no floor towel at all. For 2 days the cleaner forgot to replace my shower gel. Thankfully I had my bathing soap. The food was good. After awhile, I got tired of the meals because there wasn’t so much variety. I spent 3 weeks there and I would rate it 7/10."

The hotel environment is clean and quiet, not too far from the airport, and offers a free shuttle service. Just book it in advance with the front desk. It's also very close to Metro Line 3. The hotel provides a complimentary laundry room, which is super convenient since Guangzhou has been so hot and humid lately. You can wash and dry your clothes there after a long day. There's also coffee available in the lobby. Overall, it's a great place!

The location is fantastic!
The reception staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted with booking a taxi to the airport, storing luggage, and even offered an umbrella. Their service attitude is truly exceptional.
This hotel offers a half-day breakfast until noon, and there are also late-night snacks, including instant noodles.
Coffee and water are available for free refill at all times, and ice is also readily available upon request.
The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and strong water pressure. Housekeeping cleans daily and provides two bottles of water each day. 👍🏻👍🏻
In the lobby area, there's a washing machine, dryer, and iron available for use.
I will definitely be staying here again next time!

Guest UserMy stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise; everything was really to my liking! The location is great, making it easy to get taxis and find places to eat. The hotel itself is very quiet, the hallways aren't noisy, and when you close the window at night, you can barely hear any outside noise, so I had a really good rest. They offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, including pho, rice noodles, and other noodle dishes.
The room hygiene was impeccable. It looked sparkling clean as soon as I walked in, the bedding was fresh and odorless, and the bathroom sink and shower were polished and shiny. Even the drain had no strange smells, which is something I'm particularly picky about, so they did a fantastic job.
All the room facilities worked well. The hot water came on instantly, the AC was powerful, and the WiFi was stable – no buffering whether I was watching videos or working. Disposable dental kits and bottled water were all well-stocked.
The service was also very pleasant. Lanlan was very friendly and checked me in quickly. Midway through my stay, I needed two more bottles of water, and after contacting staff, they were delivered promptly.
Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely not a bad choice. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in town, highly recommended!

Guest UserI drove to the hotel, and from the moment I entered the underground parking garage, the signs were unclear. I circled around a few times and finally asked someone for directions to the elevator entrance. However, the elevator entrance had no Chinese signage, only an English hotel indicator. First-time guests would 100% not be able to find it! That door was a hidden, automatic door with no markings, just like a solid bronze wall. No one would know it was an elevator entrance; I also spent a long time searching and asking people before I found out, as shown in Figure 1.
In the room's bathroom, the shower system had no hot and cold water labels. I didn't know which way to turn to get hot or cold water, nor did I know if the control switch for the overhead shower and the handheld shower was up or down. I had to figure it out by trial and error! When I turned on the switch, because there were no hot/cold or overhead/handheld shower labels, cold water poured down from above, giving me a chilling surprise! As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.
Breakfast was inconvenient due to the small dining area and too many guests, which meant long queues. The staff's attitude wasn't very good either! Many online reviews are seriously inconsistent with the reality. This hotel definitely needs significant improvement!

Zhiguan.This hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, with plenty of restaurants, clothing stores, luggage shops, and convenience stores nearby, making both getting around and shopping incredibly easy. It's also very close to attractions; there's a park nearby and several temples within walking distance. Right across the street is the Comic City, and Beijing Road isn't far either.
The apartment's surroundings and the room's environment are both excellent.
My family and I stayed in a room where each bedside had a wireless charging cabinet and power outlets. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the shower even has grab bars. The facilities and amenities are very thoughtful, especially for elderly guests.
All daily necessities are well-stocked, and the bathroom even provides compressed facial towels. The room includes a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, and washing machine. If you need drying services, you can take your laundry to the front desk.
The service was excellent; they were responsive to almost every request. For example, when I needed an extra outlet or had to adjust the air conditioning, the staff promptly addressed my needs and answered questions patiently. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic without being intrusive, making us feel completely at home.
For guests with international friends, the front desk staff also speak basic English, so communication won't be an issue.
On sunny days, the sunlight streams in, and there's a small balcony where my family even dried peanuts.
The room's TV can be rotated, which is great whether you're watching from the sofa or in bed. The clarity is good, and you can watch live broadcasts or choose from on-demand programs.
Overall, the living experience was fantastic. If I have another opportunity to stay in this area, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom even had a large bathtub. The soundproofing was excellent. The hotel has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful, with everything from Cantonese dim sum to Western-style light meals. The location is convenient, not far from the subway, making travel easy. The public areas are well-maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. It’s suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, offering fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!

FeiduduThe weather in Guangzhou is truly unpredictable. Before heading out, I saw bright sunshine and packed a lot of clothes to change into. I gave the larger items to the front desk for washing and drying, and we hung the smaller ones to air dry in the room, even opening the window before we left. To our surprise, it started pouring rain halfway through our outing. We quickly called the hotel to ask them to close the window for us. It was around 2 PM, which is peak check-in time, so I thought the front desk would be too busy to help. But to my surprise, less than 5 minutes later, the front desk called to say they had already closed the window for us. When we got back to the hotel, none of our clothes were wet, which was truly amazing! Also, the larger clothes I'd given to the front desk earlier were already washed, dried, and folded. fegohaThe location is excellent, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Bingsheng Restaurant is right downstairs, and Guangdong Provincial Museum and Tsui Wah Restaurant are not far away. Canton Tower is just across the street, and the pier is also nearby.
The room is quite spacious, and overall, I'm satisfied.
Downsides: There's a noticeable musty smell, and the bedding feels a bit damp.
