VictoriaHoThe hotel is very close to the Sayram Lake Visitor Center and the entrance/exit for vehicles, which is a big plus.
The breakfast was very plentiful (even including fish and shrimp)! They kept adding more food even after breakfast ended, which was very thoughtful.
The room was very spacious and clean, but there was no air conditioning, and the disposable slippers were hidden too well, behind the sliding door to the bathroom. For two nights, I thought the hotel didn't provide slippers, only discovering they were there before I left.

Guest UserBecause the Duku Highway was closed, we changed our itinerary and booked a hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be the best hotel in our price range during our ten-plus days of travel. Problems were resolved quickly, the environment was clean and tidy, and they were very child-friendly! We even got a 10% discount at the Lotus Restaurant next door.
I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Sayram Lake next time.

JuliaThis hotel was a highlight of our Xinjiang trip! Every area of the room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Layla provided exceptional service, even proactively offering tips for exploring the scenic area. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon tea and late-night congee/supper options – truly thoughtful service. A few days after checking out, I realized I might have left some clothes in the lobby. I contacted Layla, and she quickly located them for us and promptly arranged for SF Express to ship them. So grateful! 🥹

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

JinciyiwanThe hotel is right opposite the east gate visitor center of Sayram Lake, with a whole street of restaurants. The only downside is that parking spots in front are quite limited; if you come back late, you might have to park a bit further away.
The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Around 1 AM, I could still hear kids running and shouting in the room next door.
Breakfast in the morning was incredibly busy. With so many tourists and not enough seating, the staff were clearly overwhelmed during peak hours. Food wasn't replenished fast enough, and tables weren't cleared promptly.

The room is good value for money this season, it is recommended to stay, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress pillows are very comfortable, the location is not big, the location is not bad, there are breakfast and shops at the door, the parking lot is large and free parking

Guest UserThe room was spacious and decent, though the view from the window was just average. The hotel is a bit far from Sayram Lake scenic area and the city center. Breakfast was okay, but the black pepper sausages were delicious. The biggest highlight was the afternoon tea. The setting was beautiful and perfect for photos, and you could even try on ethnic costumes. The tea and pastries were very tasty, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Plus, you could enjoy it until 10:30 PM.

Guest UserThis is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!

Guest UserThe room features a panoramic glass window, allowing you to enjoy the grassland scenery right from your bed. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake. The room itself is very spacious, with excellent natural light and complete amenities. We also met a lovely, friendly black kitten at the camp. If you're visiting Sayram Lake and don't want to stay in a traditional hotel, I highly recommend this place. It's super convenient for watching both sunset and sunrise, and it's also very close to the scenic area.

The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and it's incredibly quiet at night. You can even catch the sunrise if you wake up early! The breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommended!!!
