And responsive, delivery is also very timely, you have to talk about their Piye coffee, it is worthy of the ancestor of the coffee world. The room is dry and wet, open the curtains to see the beautiful view of Sailimu Lake, the room can take pictures, the experience is very good to recommend to everyone!

MM56746****The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. You can even see Sayram Lake from the room. The room was very clean, and they upgraded us from a twin room to a family room for free. All the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were rushing out to see the pink sunrise the next day, and the front deskĺ°ĺ§ĺ§ (a polite way to refer to a young woman, here meaning staff member) told us to come back and check out after we were done. It was very thoughtful and made us feel that the service at this hotel was truly great, even in -16 degree Celsius weather. The complimentary goodnight fruit was local specialty raisins, which were quite tasty. I'd like to commend their toiletries; this brand can't be unscrewed, which largely prevents any tampering. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

GGuest UserThis stay experience is directly full! The location of the hotel is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. The lobby design is simple and stylish, the front desk service is efficient and welcoming, and the check-in is completed in 3 minutes, and the local special attractions are also intimately recommended. The rooms are impeccable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress support is just right, plus the excellent sound insulation effect, a good night's sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient and stable.

During the off-season, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded my room for free. The view from the window was truly breathtaking â a vast, snowy winter landscape. I could even watch the sunset and the 'blue hour' right from my room. The hotel was very quick to respond to any issues. At the restaurant, I believe I met either the hotel manager or the restaurant manager? They left quite an impression on me. They remembered guests' preferences and even suggested we mix our drinks with Wusu beer, so even if you're not a big beer drinker, you could still experience a different flavor. The breakfast spread was excellent, and as I was leaving, they even gave me a small lavender sachet. From the check-in experience to the thoughtful hospitality, everything was incredibly satisfying.

It was really happy. The southern potato really felt very cold when I came to Xinjiang. But I felt warm everywhere in Xinjiang, especially the details of the front desk lady. I saw that I brought a few white plastic bags with a bunch of clothes. I took the hotelâs exclusive bag for me to pack clothes. When I came, the suitcase was good. Going back is really big and small. Really warmed by the hotel, friends who like light luxury, clean and simple style, it is highly recommended to stay

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
