GGuodong0722This hotel is absolutely amazing! From arrival to departure, every step was meticulously designed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The smart control system in the room was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy switching between lights and music. My favorite part was after a long day, brewing a cup of tea and immersing myself in the lavender scent of the room â all my worries simply vanished. It's definitely my top choice for travel accommodations!

GGuest UserIt's a new hotel. They also gave us free breakfast coupons, which was good. The breakfast was also good. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and you can park anywhere. Although the hot water was not available for a while at night, the hotel manager and staff quickly resolved it. It was a good place to stay when I went to Sayram Lake the next day.

SShenjianzhicanliusanpanger10Sayram Lake, no regrets staying here! We stayed at their new branch, and the room was spotless. The front desk ladies were all incredibly kind and gentle. I piled up on vegetables at breakfast because I'd been eating meat for days and felt like I was going to get an upset stomach! The yogurt at breakfast was also excellent, and you can even get free coffee to go, as they provide takeout cups. You can also access the rooftop. We missed the sunrise, but I managed to snap some pictures of the pink sky from up there.
They gave us a welcome gift when we checked in and another souvenir when we checked out from the new branch. The front desk staff noticed it was our birthday and brought up a huge bowl of longevity noodles for us in the evening. Traveling in Xinjiang during the off-season is the best â no traffic jams, affordable accommodation, cheap car rentals, and absolutely stunning scenery!
I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis stay experience is directly full! The location of the hotel is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. The lobby design is simple and stylish, the front desk service is efficient and welcoming, and the check-in is completed in 3 minutes, and the local special attractions are also intimately recommended. The rooms are impeccable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress support is just right, plus the excellent sound insulation effect, a good night's sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient and stable.

It was truly the biggest and most comfortable room I encountered during my multi-day stay around Sayram Lake. But the most heartwarming aspect of this trip was undoubtedly the thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Beibei. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his attentiveness was constant. During check-in, he meticulously explained the room facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area. Any requests I had during my stay were met with immediate responses. At check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings. Even after leaving the hotel, that comforting warmth lingered. When I was struggling to find a taxi at the Sayram Lake scenic area on my way back, I contacted him in a pinch. To my surprise, he immediately dropped what he was doing and drove over to pick me up, even reminding me to be careful on the roads in the scenic area. Over many years of travel, I've explored numerous mountains and lakes and experienced all kinds of services, but service staff like Beibei, who possess both professionalism and genuine warmth, are truly rare. His sincerity and enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to the already beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake.

My stay was a pleasant experience, and the warm assistance from Holly at the front desk made check-in feel extra welcoming. Even more surprising was the room's view, directly overlooking the Tian Shan lakesideâit was picturesque! Highly recommended.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities, including the convenience of smart devices and soft, comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is quiet, and the on-site gym, lounge area, and laundry facilities are very practical. It's an excellent value and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city!

It was really happy. The southern potato really felt very cold when I came to Xinjiang. But I felt warm everywhere in Xinjiang, especially the details of the front desk lady. I saw that I brought a few white plastic bags with a bunch of clothes. I took the hotelâs exclusive bag for me to pack clothes. When I came, the suitcase was good. Going back is really big and small. Really warmed by the hotel, friends who like light luxury, clean and simple style, it is highly recommended to stay

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
