Mercure properties in Harbin

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Central Street, yet it's not affected by traffic congestion, making it perfect for families with children. Although the hotel hasn't been renovated in recent years, the facilities are very well-maintained and clean, without feeling outdated. There's no musty smell in the rooms, and the plumbing works perfectly. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, without being intrusive. If I visit Harbin again, I would definitely choose to stay here. There are many local specialty restaurants right next to the hotel, all highly rated on Dianping, as well as two shopping malls, which are very convenient for any purchases.

Extended our stay in the same room. The hotel's facilities and service are truly amazing, and the cleanliness is also very good. When we checked out, they gave us a fridge magnet. Seeing our two kids, they immediately gave us another one. When I asked the front desk for a shopping bag, they didn't even ask questions and just handed me four. They also helped with our luggage during checkout. There are lots of food options around and downstairs, and the smell of the barbecue is especially tempting, but once you close the window, it's gone. The warm and generous hospitality of the Northeastern people really shines through here.

The environment is great, the facilities are good, and the price is right. It's very close to the ski resort. Breakfast is decent, and the hygiene is good. The laundry room is a nice plus, making it suitable for family trips and nature getaways.

I have to give a thumbs up to this hotel! As soon as I entered the room, it was very clean, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp. The hygiene was impeccable. The bed was large, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time!
