Both indoor and outdoor facilities were excellent. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic. There were many cherry trees in the yard, and we could eat the cherries for free, which was absolutely fantastic 👏 Five-star review!

MM13780****Clean, and the front desk service was excellent; Dora was very helpful and enthusiastic! The room facilities and details were well thought out, with a medium-firm Mousse mattress and two types of pillows! It's a shame I didn't take any photos of the room.
The people of Harbin are very warm, and I'll definitely be back. A special mention to the touching subway advertisements advocating for stray animals.

11395788****I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were very friendly and arranged a comfortable room for us, even giving us an upgrade. The breakfast selection was rich, the hotel environment was great, and its location was excellent with convenient transportation and nearby shopping malls. The hotel lobby is also very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Five-star rating!

CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments.
There were many highlights that deserve praise:
1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail.
2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean.
3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children.
However, the first day was quite a 'headache':
Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again...
In summary:
The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

MM759807****This hotel is super easy to find, right off the main street. The huge courtyard is perfect for parking and also for playing in the snow with friends – there's so much space for building snowmen and having snowball fights. The room hygiene was impeccable; the sheets and bedding were clean and odor-free. The heated kang bed was warm without being stuffy, and the hot water in the private bathroom was consistently stable. The Northeastern home-style dishes at the restaurant were incredibly authentic; the stewed chicken with mushrooms and the pork with sauerkraut and vermicelli were generous and flavorful. The corn porridge and pickles for breakfast were also delicious. The owner was also incredibly helpful, arranging a shared ride to Snow Town and booking a package for snowmobiling and the traverse over Yangcao Mountain. We didn't have to worry about a thing; our entire Snow Valley trip, from accommodation to activities, was perfectly arranged. The experience was truly top-notch!

The downside is that the electric carts are quite expensive, costing 90 yuan for half an hour. We arrived a bit late and rented a cart to take my elderly family members around, which conveniently took exactly half an hour. The cart was noisy, and since all the staff had left for the day, we couldn't exchange it.
Furthermore, the room was quite spacious, but there were many ladybugs this season, so the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the price for both the entrance ticket and accommodation was acceptable.

♡♡moximoxi♡Traveling with seniors and children, choosing this hotel was the right decision! The front desk specifically arranged a quiet room for us. Although the kids' play area isn't large, it's very clean, and the children had a great time. Plus, the hotel offers free station pickup service and arranges car transfers to all attractions within the scenic area, helping us plan our activities efficiently. This is really convenient for families traveling with both children and seniors.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
