"Choosing Puyuan Hotel for my Harbin trip was a brilliant decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to the Songhua River. It was incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local food. The new Chinese-style decor is elegant and grand, and the room was spacious and clean. The floor-to-ceiling river view window offered a spectacular panorama, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening and the sparkling lights along the river at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were high-quality, and the minibar drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering hot ginger tea and a local guide upon check-in, and the concierge proactively helped with luggage – every detail was perfect. The breakfast spread was extensive, with local specialties. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Harbin!"

"Came to Harbin for Li Ronghao's concert, so I stayed at this Hilton. First off, it's incredibly close to the venue, just across the street. Secondly, the facilities aren't great; it's new but feels a bit basic. On the bright side, the front desk and concierge service were excellent. They even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I checked out! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for a concert."

"The room was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The doorman and butler service were excellent, very warm and attentive. The butler helped with our luggage to the room and explained how everything worked. My child really enjoyed the breakfast set, and the other options were good too. While the variety wasn't huge, the taste was delicious. Afternoon tea was also nice, and the late-night wontons were tasty. We even received a farewell gift when we left. I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I booked this place. My child loved it, and I'm very satisfied! Thumbs up! 👍"

"Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. Both breakfast and the executive lounge's light meals offer a rich variety of hygienic and delicious food. All the staff we encountered were professional, enthusiastic, and appropriately attentive; they would greet us or proactively offer help every time we saw them. They also responded quickly to our requests. In short, both the hardware and the service (software) made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended (which is why I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't have a higher rating)!"

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the birch forest decor at the revolving doors of the lobby to the breathtaking high-altitude views from the 43rd floor, everything was superb. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped upgrade our room. As soon as we entered, we were captivated by the incredible views from the large bathtub. The room's minibar even offered free Kvass, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the hotel's pool area included a jacuzzi and a steam room. The self-service billiards room on the second floor was fantastic, with a standard snooker table, a clean and tidy environment, massage chairs, and a reading nook. Upon check-out, the butler even gifted us some facial masks. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Harbin. BTW, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, just be sure to check the departure times. Highly recommended!"
