"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as expected, and I felt very relaxed during my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and enjoyable, making it easy to unwind. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service, everyone was friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. "It's smell badly"

"They charged me $190 without explanations. When I checked out they said $50 deposit will be refunded, but still charged me $140 for the room. At the time of booking with Trip was $137 tax and service included. They did not even give me bottle water in the room. Only keurig coffee machine and water in there was dirty. I told them I only need hot water to make some tea, they told me to go to the gym but the hot water was not even working there, so I had to buy a cup of hot water for $1 + tax and a bottle water which the price was as high as airport price. The only thing beneficial to me was airport shuttle every 30 min and run 24 hrs daily."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel. This was the first hotel we stayed at after arriving in New York, and it gave us a fantastic start to our trip. We were welcomed by a handsome, funny, and exceptionally friendly front desk agent named Mike. In addition to the clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room, Mike’s warm hospitality made our stay in New York truly memorable. Thank you so much, Mike! You helped make our New York experience even more special. The hotel is located next to a highway, so there are very few amenities within walking distance. Aside from a Mexican restaurant right next door, there are no supermarkets, shops, or other dining options nearby. The Mexican restaurant serves excellent food and non-alcoholic drinks, although the prices are not particularly cheap. A major advantage of the hotel’s location is the nearby bus stop, which provides convenient access to downtown New York. Bus route 163 stops close to the hotel and makes traveling into the city easy and hassle-free."
