Great location and very luxurious building with many other organisations operating inside the facility. Only downside would be there was no power socket near the bed, only one across the other side of the room.

Comfortable stay, shower doesn’t have any cover, size of the room is quite alrt, the good thing is that it is surrounded by shops and stores so it’s perfect for first timers too.

The day I stay was quite cold. I can’t sleep. Reception offer me small heater, i really appreciate that. Great location! The room is clean and helpful staff.

We booked a suite70 for 4 nights stay. It was pleasant!! The hotel cares every little small details like free pocket wifi for guest to use while in hk. A bose loud speaker, Nespresso machine, twg teabags. We are impressed!!! The location is perfect for shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back again!!!

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

Overall I had a pleasant stay here. Location is pretty near to the TST MTR and a lot of food nearby. Room is very clean and spacious. The housekeeping team is very prompt in cleaning the room everyday! The only downside is the toilet flush system is not very good. Probably need some upgrading. Other than that it’s almost perfect. Will consider staying here again.

Booked the stay to enjoy NYE fireworks at Victoria Harbour. Room furniture is dated with some stains on sofa but otherwise our unit was clean (and spacious). Bed was also comfy. We liked the eco-friendly water station on every floor and the air purifier in the room. Rather disappointed by the harbour view in our 12th floor mid-row room though, as it was partially blocked by the building in front. Luckily, the square accessible from reception had a great view of the harbour and West Kowloon, so we just walked out from the hotel for the countdown. Breakfast spread was relatively limited but well discounted for guests. Would we book it again? Maybe not for NYE, felt it was overpriced unless you get a really good corner Harbour View room (then again most hotels were charging premium). But for its spacious room and Harbour City location, it could be a convenient, value option for tourists.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, 7mins walk to the metro station, 5mins to the bus stop and easy to access the ferry. The octopus card is very important to be able to travel around. The room was a good size, the shower was very easy to use. This hotel uses barcodes for a room key so no need to worry about losing your room card. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, the elevator was tricky to use and they demonstrate how to use it 😅 Would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.
