First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

Beautiful hotel down by the harbour. Really good service, fast and friendly. Of course, English-speaking. Good view from the hotel and no noice complaints. Room has iron and ironing board for people on business. Not far from West Kowloon station, Austin and Jordan metro station. Very good price for what you get. Attached is the view from my hotel room.

After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

It’s kind of my hk home before Covid, I have stayed in the same hotel almost 10 years so it’s kind of refreshing experience to stay in this hotel again, since I wanted to see if our company should continue to make the contract and stay there, and the staff is still very friendly and upgrading me to the higher floor corner suite and the breakfast changed to «  à la carte » but still preferred the old way of buffet that you have enjoy all kind of flavor from morning as usually we will be super busy for the fair, no time to eat lunch in the stand. In general, the quality is still good and the room still maintained in a good way, the location is the best for everything close, easy to shop and enjoy the dinner as the is newly opened French oyster bar in front!!!’ We have booked our rooms for next hk fair in March and hope everything will be good!!!

Booked the stay to enjoy NYE fireworks at Victoria Harbour. Room furniture is dated with some stains on sofa but otherwise our unit was clean (and spacious). Bed was also comfy. We liked the eco-friendly water station on every floor and the air purifier in the room. Rather disappointed by the harbour view in our 12th floor mid-row room though, as it was partially blocked by the building in front. Luckily, the square accessible from reception had a great view of the harbour and West Kowloon, so we just walked out from the hotel for the countdown. Breakfast spread was relatively limited but well discounted for guests. Would we book it again? Maybe not for NYE, felt it was overpriced unless you get a really good corner Harbour View room (then again most hotels were charging premium). But for its spacious room and Harbour City location, it could be a convenient, value option for tourists.

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is just 100 meters away from Exit C2 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station! There is a bus at the door and a minibus on the side street, which is super convenient. We try one night in Dadal Hotel on week end. But it was totally different what we see in the advertising! First the price was not cheap. We have to paid over HKD 1,000 for one night! We stay with 4 person's room two adults and two kids. The room not big enough and the bath tower are not clean and old. Regarding the service they are not professional and I may say no service at all. Only the location was in center of kowloon that's all. If anyone want to try this hotel must be take time to consideration!!
