GGuest UserExcellent hotel! The rooms are cozy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the grounds are well-maintained too. The location isn't the most convenient if you're on foot, but the hotel itself is in a beautiful spot. They also offer scooters at a very good price – cheaper than renting them 'on the street'. When we arrived, all the scooters were taken, but the girls at the reception suggested a company they work with, and everything was delivered right to the hotel for us. When a hotel scooter became available, we took that. They also helped us with tours. We initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 3. By the way, the transfer from the hotel is also more cost-effective than arranging it yourself.
The hotel owners, Nick and Raquel, are very kind and open-hearted; it was a real pleasure and very interesting to chat with them. Abigail and the other girls are also positive and always ready to help. At this hotel, you feel like you're visiting close relatives. Thank you! We would be very happy to stay with you again!)

GGuest UserThe good thing on that place was the massage chair. Location was ok the room was ok but it’s not same with the picture in their site it was different I book a fan and upgraded with the a.c but it doesn’t work the a.c was not cold at all or because it’s outdated but they give me a refund for the upgrade. It’s little scary when you walk in the night because only 1 post light is working but it’s little bit dime but it was ok better than nothing. The sunset from the restaurant that we had lunch was perfect 5 minutes drive from the property.

BBarry9012The good is that it was very clean and more accessible by car than many of the hotels in town. The bad is that there was no hot water because the outlet for the water heater shower was broken. They also had a menu of things you could buy but then they were out of most things. I spoke to another guest and they had the same complaints. We are also used to blankets with the bed, but only a sheet was provided.

GGuest UserLocation is so so, staff is good air come is quiet and good.
Room is Not soundproof at all. Walls very tiny. Small and Very noisy. No hairdryer no chair. Room service is poor. Water was given only one time. Electric plugs are Filipino style and No adaptors to charge ur stuff.
Result - will not stay there anymore :)
