There's no counter service at night. But when there are counter staff, it's still self-service. The washing machine and water dispenser are on the eighth floor. The elevator only goes up to the seventh floor, so you have to climb one flight of stairs. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and unusable. I suggest installing the water dispenser on the first floor; having to climb stairs to get water is very inconvenient. The clothesline is strangely placed above the electrical outlet. You have to take the clothes down before you can boil water.

This hotel is not super good. It is very clean and hygienic. It is nice. It also has a bathtub. You can take a bath and feel very relaxed. It is also close to the station. It is very convenient to get in and out. The service staff at the counter are very good. The transportation is good and delicious. , it’s just one or two steps away but there is no free breakfast. Fortunately, there is McDonald’s and the whole family. I will stay in this hotel again next time I come. It is also very close to the County Government Square. I went to attend the New Year’s Eve party last night. , it’s really a worthwhile trip,

There is no one at the front desk, self-service check-in. Disposable utensils need to be bought downstairs, of course, you can go out to the nearby Quanlian Supermarket to buy durable, the price difference is not too much. The room is good and cheap, not far from the pier, and there are many foods nearby. Suitable for one person. The room was close to the elevator. I was worried that there would be sound insulation problems. As a result, no one used the elevator at night and there was no noise.

The boss brothers and sisters are very friendly, morning and evening working and chatting with other guests on the big table, very good!

A very standard and modern hotel, located in the center of the city and easily accessible. came across two issue while staying and that is the air ventilation system seem to be broken and the main vent cover keep falling down, the second was some issue of online payment that had hidden charges. This is hotel none the less meet most of my expectation as a affordable and quick stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. Apart from the fact that the room size indicated was not quite realistic (it was much smaller than the photo), I have to say that this hotel has many advantages. It is very close to the Nanhai Visitor Center Pier and the Zhongzheng Road downtown area. It is very convenient and suitable for tourism. I personally think the daily breakfast is OK. It has everything you need. I hope the hotel will get better and better. I will continue to support it. Yours!

This was my first time visiting Penghu independently! An-I Hotel is super convenient, really close to the city center, and you can even borrow bikes from them. They also help arrange scooter rentals, and you can pick up and drop off right at the hotel, which is a huge plus. Breakfast is included and quite tasty! While it's not a gourmet breakfast, it definitely caters to ********* palates. The menu was pretty similar each day; a suggestion would be to switch out the boiled eggs for some fried eggs for an even better experience! The soundproofing isn't great, but it didn't really disturb my sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Penghu!

Really cozy hostel, not for socializing but for your own personal space. Of course as others mention the location is great, only about a 5 minute walk from the port. The manager was quite helpful with me getting in touch with some local scooter rentals nearby. Very accommodating, would return!
