"Overall, our stay at Madison Apartments was pleasant once we finally got into the room. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The A/C wasn’t working properly at the time, but it wasn’t a big issue since the weather was cool. However, the check-in process was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had called ahead to ask if we could check in just 30 minutes early as I wasn’t feeling well and needed to rest. Upon arriving around 1:35 pm, we were told the room wasn’t ready, which I completely understood since the official check-in time was 2 pm. But when we came back at 2:40 pm, the room was ”still not ready”. The receptionist asked us to wait another 30 minutes to an hour — we ended up waiting until almost 3:30 pm, and it was still not prepared. It was honestly a terrible start to our stay — being sick, exhausted, and having nowhere to rest while continuously being told “just a little longer.” The receptionist was kind and apologetic, but it was clear she wasn’t getting any real updates from housekeeping. It felt disorganised and unprofessional for an apartment of this standard. Breakfast was another letdown for $25 per person — very basic, with no hot food. Just bread, cereal, fruit in syrup, and some bakery items. The pancakes were the only saving grace. Coffee mix wasn’t good either. Once inside, though, the apartment itself made up for it — spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could need. It’s a nice place overall, but the check-in process seriously needs improvement."

"Great stay in Canberra Really enjoyed our stay at Adina Hotel Canberra. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, making it easy to get around the city. Staff were friendly and professional, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. A great option for both short and longer stays. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 😊"

"Breakfast ＞ could deal with more options. Coffee was good though. The parking situation (pay $30 for parking, yet for it to be “first come first serve” is so incredibly frustrating. Hotel lounge area has a fun politics theme, so I did enjoy that (being the nerd I am). The location isn’t the best, heaps of roadworks, pretty baron, you need a car or uber to get around. Staff were friendly."

"Stylish hotel with a central location. Recommend the atrium rooms as the sun room we were in faced the busy highway and was quite noisy. The aircon also seemed to have issues. Watch out for parking, it’s relatively expensive and the street parking nearby doesnt do overnight unless you are leaving before 6am. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"Overall, the hotel is good and comfortable. The room was clean, and the location was very convenient. However, I was a bit surprised that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided in the room. For a hotel of this size and standard, I believe these basic amenities should be included. In addition, there was no bathrobe or loungewear/pajamas available for use inside the room. Having these items would definitely improve guest comfort and enhance the overall experience. In general, it was a pleasant stay, but adding these small details would make the service even better."

"A beautiful relaxing setting, tastefully decorated with the indoor gardens and palm trees. The restaurant and bar are open to suit any traveler’s time schedule . The rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable. Thanks for the great hospitality . Easy to find and secure parking. Mark and Sharon"

"Hotels in Australia typically don't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The room size was just right, and the location near the light rail station was incredibly convenient. The hotel service was also excellent, and the food and service at the restaurant were fantastic."

"Good location and easy to find restaurants nearby, room facilities (such as washing machine, microwave and balcony) are very well. The breakfast is delicious!"

"This hotel is super convenient! A shopping center called Maunka Terrace is just a 3-minute drive away, and it has Coles, Subway, and McDonald's. There were also Japanese, Italian, pub food, and other Asian restaurants in that area. Parking usually costs $25 per night for guests, but thanks to a Trip.com perk, I only paid $10 a night, which was great! You can't reserve parking, but there was plenty of space, so I had no issues. The breakfast menu was pretty much the same every day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was still a good variety and plenty of food."
