"The location is fantastic, and compared to other Balkan countries, the service here left a really good impression. The room was very clean and felt incredibly reasonably priced. The hotel staff were kind; when I reported that the shampoo had run out, they brought a new one right away. The only downside was that the shower water turned cold halfway through. I hear the restaurant is also highly rated, so I'd love to try it next time."

I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all."

"Decent hotel, good four, breakfast is very delicious and varied. Stopped here with the family for two nights. No complaints about the service staff. Standard room with amenities (shower cabin), comfortable, clean. There is a TV, wi-fi (given a one-time password for the stay), but there is no refrigerator and teapot. The view of the city and mountains, the location is successful but far from the Old City. Near shops, all the necessary infrastructure."

"Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist. The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly. Overall very happy here."

"Very happy we stayed here for 2 days and experienced it as very pleasant. Attentive staff and very friendly. Surely recommended. There was also a swimming pool that you can use up to 22 hours. The distance to the old town is also great to do we have asked the reception for a taxi every time and it stood there within 10 minutes. If you are on (door) trip, this is a perfect accommodation in Mostar."
