"Check-in is at 2 PM, so don't arrive too early. You can walk to Mostar's Old Bridge from the hotel; I personally didn't find it too far. The hotel's partner restaurant was just okay; the squid fried rice I ordered was a bit on the salty side. The front desk can arrange a taxi to the airport for around 30 Euros, but note it's cash-only. The room itself was very spacious, and the bathtub was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a standard Western buffet, which for a Chinese guest, was just 'acceptable' rather than exceptional."

"Convenient parking, it seems to be a motel on the main road? The guy at the front desk said there was some problem with the system, and after half an hour he finally gave me a room. I was given a triple room instead of two twin rooms, which was good. The carpet in this room has a nice color and a better sense of design, which is better looking than an ordinary double room. The hotel restaurant only serves dinner after 8pm, and people are not allowed to enter before 8pm. The corridors are dark, with sensor lights. Because it is not in the city center, it is a bit dark to go downstairs. There are only two floors in total. The pasta for dinner was super delicious! The bread for breakfast that looks like fried dough sticks and twisted dough sticks is also very delicious. The hot milk in the coffee machine seems to be a little sweet because of sugar. The cappuccino is delicious, but the milk coffee is more bitter."

"The room was very nice, with three beds, ideally enough for a family of four. The river view from the entrance was beautiful, though unfortunately, the ancient bridge was not visible. The room had kitchenware, so you could cook. It was very close to the ancient bridge, and there were convenience stores nearby. Overall, I highly recommend it. Also, don't leave the door open at night, as it's full of bugs."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Kriva Ćuprija in Mostar. The hotel is full of character and fits beautifully into the historic Ottoman architecture of the Old Town, which made the whole stay feel very authentic and special. The name Kriva Ćuprija translates to “Crooked Bridge,” named after the beautiful stone bridge just steps from the hotel. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Mostar’s Old Town and only a 1 to 2 minute walk to the Old Bridge and main bazaar area, so everything is incredibly easy to explore on foot. One of the best parts was the atmosphere: charming, peaceful, and full of old-world character. The room was clean, comfortable, and suited the surroundings perfectly. It’s not ultra-modern, but that’s part of the charm; it matches the heritage and feel of the area beautifully. The hotel really feels like part of the Old Town experience rather than just a place to sleep. The restaurant was also a highlight. The food was very good, and dining right by the river made it even more memorable. Such a lovely setting, especially in the evening. Because of the hotel’s historic layout, getting to the room can be a little tricky, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with luggage both at check-in and check-out. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout the stay. A beautiful and memorable place to stay in Mostar and full of charm, history, and atmosphere."

"We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms."

"Hotel location is excellent, three to five minutes is the center of the old city, there are many tourists, but the hotel is quiet. The facilities are complete and several service staff are very warm and kind. Provide day tour charter service. There is a courtyard and swimming pool, and it is also very pleasant to sit and chat."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. It is about a 5-minute walk from the ancient streets and bridges of Mostar. The breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the fried chicken and fried eggplant boxes, which are the specialties. The service attitude of the restaurant staff is very good and friendly to us. The family room we booked has a large space and comfortable beds. The only drawback is that it is a bit cold and needs to be covered with a quilt. The view of the hotel is great. You can see the lights of the ancient city at night and overlook the Neretva River Valley during the day. From the clouds and mist in the early morning to the blue sky and white clouds in the morning, the scenery is pleasant! I strongly recommend friends who come to Mostar for free travel to stay here! "Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist. The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly. Overall very happy here."
