"Hotel location is excellent, three to five minutes is the center of the old city, there are many tourists, but the hotel is quiet. The facilities are complete and several service staff are very warm and kind. Provide day tour charter service. There is a courtyard and swimming pool, and it is also very pleasant to sit and chat."

"We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms."

"Location is fantastic, check-in was quick and smooth, the host is nice and friendly. Comfy bed. Very fast WiFi. On the flip side, there were issues with the shower: I had hot water just for 3 minutes in the morning, then it became lukewarm. The shower cabin didn't have a door, so taking a shower was not a pleasant experience."

"The location is fantastic, and compared to other Balkan countries, the service here left a really good impression. The room was very clean and felt incredibly reasonably priced. The hotel staff were kind; when I reported that the shampoo had run out, they brought a new one right away. The only downside was that the shower water turned cold halfway through. I hear the restaurant is also highly rated, so I'd love to try it next time."

"Despite being touted as Mostar's best 5-star hotel, my actual experience was quite underwhelming. It felt more akin to a 3-star-plus hotel. First off, the location isn't ideal; it's quite a distance from the Old Bridge area. Secondly, the in-room amenities were very basic and certainly not up to 5-star standards. For instance, the safe was difficult to operate, there was no conditioner, and no weighing scale. The showerhead was also quite dated. Thirdly, the service was subpar and not particularly warm or welcoming. Breakfast was decent, but the 'orange juice' was clearly diluted, more like flavored water, and certainly not freshly squeezed. All in all, it's acceptable for a one-night stopover, but if you truly want to experience the Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, I'd highly recommend staying at any hotel located closer to or within the heritage area itself."

"Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park. Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist. The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly. Overall very happy here."

"The room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. "Convenient parking, it seems to be a motel on the main road? The guy at the front desk said there was some problem with the system, and after half an hour he finally gave me a room. I was given a triple room instead of two twin rooms, which was good. The carpet in this room has a nice color and a better sense of design, which is better looking than an ordinary double room. The hotel restaurant only serves dinner after 8pm, and people are not allowed to enter before 8pm. The corridors are dark, with sensor lights. Because it is not in the city center, it is a bit dark to go downstairs. There are only two floors in total. The pasta for dinner was super delicious! The bread for breakfast that looks like fried dough sticks and twisted dough sticks is also very delicious. The hot milk in the coffee machine seems to be a little sweet because of sugar. The cappuccino is delicious, but the milk coffee is more bitter."
