"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a charming, vintage feel. Even though Wengen is nestled in the mountains, the views are truly stunning – snow-capped peaks and the 'dreamy hillside' are right before your eyes! We booked two rooms: the garden suite was exquisitely decorated (a shame it didn't have a balcony, as it was a duplex top-floor attic), and the balcony room offered delightful views from its balcony. Both had their own unique charm."

"Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later!
Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone.
The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Wengen. Its location is excellent, right next to the train station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores.
The views are stunning, and having breakfast while overlooking the Swiss Alps was a highlight of the stay. The breakfast itself was also very good. One of my favourite memories was watching the World Cup from our balcony while the crowd gathered downstairs, it created such a fun atmosphere.
The restaurant below the hotel plays pleasant music throughout the day and into the evening. It didn’t bother us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a very quiet stay.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. If I had one complaint, it would be the smell of cooking that occasionally lingered in the corridor outside the rooms."

"The location is average, not the city center. Although there are buses very close to the hotel, the fare is quite expensive. A small shop selling cigarettes opposite the PS Hotel to buy a ticket 2.4 one-way seems to be a little cheaper than the original price. Uber is about 8 euros to the National Opera, so if there are a lot of people, Uber is more suitable. The room is very large. I booked a triple room without telling the front desk much. When I entered the room, there were three single beds. It was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The sanitary condition is very good. But there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers. The breakfast is very pleasantly surprised at the price of this room rate and is commendable. The service staff is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber, less than 20 euros. If you book a taxi at the front desk, it costs 35 euros."

"Although the location of the hotel is on the uphill section of the town, you can contact the hotel to pick you up after arriving at the train station. The room is very large, the balcony view is super beautiful, you can directly see the Jungfrau Mountain. The service staff is also very good, specially giving us an updated version of the map and some travel advice. The breakfast was great, the coffee was all you can drink, and I knew we were going up the mountain and filled us with a pot of hot coffee. Overall it feels great!"

"Halfway up the mountain, Wengen stands down for 5 minutes and faces the snowy mountains. The sun is very abundant and the scenery is very good! There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a hotel restaurant downstairs. The package price is around 30 Swiss francs. The front desk staff is very good and very enthusiastic. recommend!"

Location was considerably near train station but required a steep uphill walk towards it, was a challenge with heavy luggages.
Quiet neighborhood, with a nice village view from the balcony and fresh air.
Breakfast spread was decent.
Reception counter was not manned all the time, especially late at night or early mornings.
Hairdryer was not available in the room, had to use the common one in the basement sauna changing room.

Guest UserThe scenery outside the balcony is so beautiful. This is a very historic hotel. It should be a wealthy villa in ancient Europe, so some rooms are beautiful master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and some are very poor servant rooms, such as single rooms, which are pitifully small and have no scenery.
The double room we booked is very beautiful. Because we brought children, we didn't pay attention to choosing 3 beds when booking, so the waiter needed to make a temporary arrangement. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very patient and gave a very favorable price. It felt very good.
The disadvantage is that although it is only more than 300 meters away from the station, it is a steep slope. Everyone who comes to the hotel is out of breath and needs to climb mountains to return to the hotel.
