Moshang Yaju Lihao Hotel is a hidden gem of a 4-star hotel! Everything from the facilities, conditions, service, environment, to hygiene is top-notch. We were touring around the South Taihang Mountains and arrived in Linzhou. After checking reviews on Ctrip, we found this hotel and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Staying here for a night completely wiped away the fatigue from our journey. **Facilities:** Comprehensive, with all disposable amenities. The room was spacious, featuring a separate walk-in closet, toilet, washroom, and shower room. The free parking lot is right at the entrance. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. Even the slippers for showering were disinfected and individually packaged. **Environment:** Located in the heart of the city, it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, ensuring a good night's rest. There are plenty of convenient options for dining and shopping downstairs. **Service:** The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even upgraded our room, which was just over a hundred yuan, and gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining. So considerate and much appreciated! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Ctrip truly is reliable.

I didn't give a high rating this time because my stay was extremely unpleasant! The room was on the third floor, as were the laundry room and gym. Initially, they gave us a room just a few steps from the elevator, which I thought was good, saving us a long walk. However, I was completely wrong. The washing machine was running continuously from noon until we arrived, and it was incredibly loud. Since it was afternoon, I didn't pay much attention, but even at midnight, someone was still doing laundry, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the laundry room to inquire, the woman there told me I could ask the front desk to change my room, with a very rude attitude. Why were they still doing laundry at midnight? Many hotels I've stayed in stop allowing laundry at 10 pm, and in many hotels, the laundry room is on the first floor, so you can do laundry anytime you want! No one bothers you. Later, I called the front desk, and the young lady was somewhat more polite and changed my room, explaining that a new employee checked me in that morning and didn't mention this issue! I disagree with this. Two people checked me in that morning, a new employee and a senior employee. The senior employee even asked if I needed my child's ID card. Don't new employees know this is part of their training? Are they just going to give you any room you can find after just one night? Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

This hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed. Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter. The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China. Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe. Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium. The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time. Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests. I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on: - many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore. - room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.

This was my second stay at this hotel. While it's a bit far from the bustling city center, its proximity to the museum and peaceful surroundings are a major plus. The room was clean, and the service was excellent – they were always happy to help with any request. The hotel also offers dining options, and the food was quite good and reasonably priced. It's definitely worth another visit.

This is the nearest four-star hotel near Cangxiang Street in the old city. The room facilities are relatively complete, but they are very old, especially when taking a shower, the moisture in the toilet is difficult to discharge. The breakfast is very ordinary, with relatively few varieties. The local specialty flat noodle soup does not seem to be cooked, but feels like it is washed out. The only good thing is that the front desk lady and the room service staff have a good attitude. It is recommended that the hotel should be renovated, otherwise it is unworthy of such a good location, or it can consider negotiating with the local tourism bureau to remove the stars (similar to removing A from scenic spots).

The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

The hotel accepts foreigners. This was my second stay at the hotel - the location is very convenient, especially if you arrive late and/or depart early from Anyang station, as the hotel is right outside the station. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, and public transportation is readily available. The room was clean, large and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was also very kind.
