"I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here."

When we told them the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they immediately sent someone to fix it. My husband and I were very satisfied. We hope you keep up the great work, and we'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area."

"Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin.
Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable.
The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two.
The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."

"very satisfied. The room I first stayed in, when I went in, I smelled the smell of smoke in the room, and then called the front desk. Xiao Yang at the front desk came to help me upgrade and change the room. The service was very warm. I have to go out at night, and then the people at the front desk reminded me that there is a strong wind and thunderstorm in today's forecast, so I came back early, and then I didn't believe in evil. "I stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was pretty good. The location is excellent, with all sorts of delicious food right outside – I tried 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), 'Biancaifen' (noodle dish), hot pot, 'Xuehualao' (shaved ice dessert), and more. Next door is Wangjie Food Street, which is very lively. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Chinese Character Museum, so I could spend the morning there, head back to the hotel for a rest, and then visit the Anyang Museum, Beidajie, and Cangxiangjie in the afternoon, which are a bit further out. The hotel lobby has cards introducing Anyang's attractions, and the scent of coffee fills the air, making it feel very welcoming."

"I booked this hotel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the rooms were also very clean. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was good. It happened to be the Winter Solstice, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared handmade dumplings – a heartwarming touch. The downsides were that the soundproofing wasn't very good, and the hot water seemed to be electric, making showering difficult when there were many people."

KKaikaizhangWe booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive.
The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists.
I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped.
The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money.
What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature.

XxynnerThis hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed.
Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter.
The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China.
Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe.
Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium.
The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time.
Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests.
I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on:
- many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore.
- room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.

Hygienic: Quite clean and very assured.
Environment: The surrounding area is close to the road and the transportation is convenient. It is not far from the Red Banner Canal. There is a restaurant next to it, and there is a small shop selling specialties.

They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured my room was spotless.The facilities were top-notch. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The fitness center was fully stocked with quality equipment, and laundry.
As for the food, the hotel’s restaurant they had a good food especially for me milk eggs bread and butter was good.
Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The Wanda Plaza for shopping and dining was very close. It truly deserves a five-star rating!

Environment: The yard is not along the road, clean. The road into the small courtyard is clean. Pear trees and fig trees are planted in the yard, and there is a large terrace. Clean and tidy. But this is a mountainous area with many mosquitoes.
Zimo room: 3 large beds, there is a TV in the middle, the room is relatively large, the bed is also very big, a bed should sleep 2 people. The roof is the spire of the log, and the log on the roof has black things falling on the white sheets from time to time. The toilet is a bit small and the towels need to be improved.

This was my second stay at the hotel - the location is very convenient, especially if you arrive late and/or depart early from Anyang station, as the hotel is right outside the station. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, and public transportation is readily available. The room was clean, large and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was also very kind. Overall, a great option for a good price.
