"First off, it's absolutely beautiful, especially the public areas. We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days. Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. All the staff greeted us whenever they passed by, and the butler's online responses were very prompt. And finally, the sweet potato candy they gave us when we checked out was delicious. My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast a bit and to add some railings or handrails along the path to the Bamboo Grove rooms, as it can get quite slippery when it rains. Other than that, there weren't any major issues, and it's definitely worth experiencing."

"My friend told me about this hotel yesterday, and my boyfriend and I checked in today – we're really impressed! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and there's a lovely coffee shop right when you enter, which is a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor pool was open, and my boyfriend and I even went for a swim last night. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even have their own restaurant where we got to try some local Chishui delicacies like 'zhuerba' (pig's ear pastry) and a full bamboo feast. If I ever bring my parents here in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – full marks, highly recommend it to everyone! Parking is also a breeze; they have a two-story parking garage, so no worries there. You can take the elevator directly to the lobby for check-in, and from the parking lot, you can go straight to your room, which saves a lot of time. It's fantastic."

It seems this is the only hotel in Chishui with robots, which greatly improves safety and also makes it quieter so ordering takeout doesn't disturb other guests. The facilities are complete and convenient. There are special slippers and toothbrushes for children, a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a dryer—everything you need, even a garment steamer. There's also a gym for working out. The rooms have a smart speaker, Xiaodu, which is very convenient for turning off lights, closing curtains, and turning on the TV. The toilet is also smart. The front desk staff are very welcoming and polite, providing attentive service. There's a fruit platter and complimentary snacks in the room, which are especially delicious. The bed is large and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is also very clean. The design of the stilted house B&B is very good. It is located at the top of the ancient town, surrounded by mountains and water. The whole wooden structure makes a little floor noise when walking (I can't understand why). The bathroom is spacious and clean. There is a tea table in the living room. It's interesting to drink tea in front of the window or leaning on the railing. The ancient town is quiet and elegant, and it is a good place. After booking the hotel, the proprietress contacted us, informed us of the parking location, and arranged for someone to help with the luggage! (Because the B&B is in the ancient town, the car can't drive in, you have to park outside, and it's not far to walk in) The proprietress is really good, with many additional services, arranging foot baths in the evening, sending fruits to eat, recommending tourist routes and food, which is thoughtful. This room with a window really needs a window, hahaha!

The owner was incredibly kind. We hadn't paid attention to our booking dates, and the receptionist, who arrived the day after our scheduled check-in, readily let us check in. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and we slept very well. The hotel is run by the family, and the cleaning was meticulous and thorough. The food was delicious; it's a long-established local restaurant with fresh ingredients. The fish was even caught by eye, and the portions were generous. We were very satisfied with our stay and dining here. It's great value for money, with clean, spacious rooms and complete facilities—more comfortable than many chain hotels. Choosing this place is definitely a safe bet.

The air is awake and the sun is just right. It is very comfortable. Secondly, the location is located in the scenic area. You can park the car directly in the parking lot close to the waterfall attraction. You don't have to take the scenic traffic car. The experience of playing is very good. Then the boss was very enthusiastic. After playing the scenic spot, I came back to experience the dining here and then went. I can say that the food is particularly comfortable, the craftsmanship is great, the fried wild vegetables, cold water fish, and dumplings are all delicious. In front of the hotel is the Chishui River, with convenient transportation, reasonable room layout, and complete facilities. It is the only suspended bed hotel in Bing'an. The mattress is made of thick Simmons and the headboard of the bed is soft. The newly installed large windows are double-layered and have good sound insulation effect. The bathroom is spacious and has separate dry and wet areas. The appearance here is similar, but the rooms are better than nearby accommodations. It should be the best hotel on this street. You can see the ancient town and the night view from the window. Today's Bing'an is shrouded in clouds and mist, and there is still haze on the mountaintops. Walking on the forest path opposite, you can feel the greenery of summer. Finally, I would like to praise the boss and his family for being very kind. The handsome young boss enthusiastically helped us carry our bags into the room. Since we were not used to the spicy food in the hotel, we borrowed the boss’s kitchen to cook a dinner. It was really good. I highly recommend self-driving tourists to stay at Bing’an Xinyuan!

This is a hotel close to Chishui Waterfall and Bing'an Ancient Town. There is a parking lot at the door. There are not many parking spaces. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The room is relatively large and the bed is very comfortable. It is not convenient to eat nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. Yes, there is a show behind the hotel in the evening, and the hotel price is good value for money

Highly recommended, the farmhouse is inside the scenic area, and you can enjoy the beautiful waterfall in the morning. The boss and his family are very friendly and enthusiastic. If you drive there, the boss will pick you up at the entrance of the scenic area. The farmhouse dishes are still drooling when you think about them now, they are delicious!!! A great experience!!
