The smart devices were fully equipped, allowing me to easily control the lights and curtains. The technology was very impressive. The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this place again next time!"

Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful."

"Room: I stayed there many years ago. I was upgraded to a room after I checked in. It was very large and the decoration was great. I went there many years later. The hotel was seriously worn out. It was estimated that there was no spare time for maintenance and upgrades due to the large flow of customers. The soft furnishings on the wall were shaking and protruding after I checked in. The bathroom and entrance tiles were broken. I thought the floor was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked the front desk. The cleaning staff came and explained that it was because the tiles were falling off. After mopping twice, it was still the same. I applied for a room change and was told that the next door was worse. But the children were tired and hungry and needed to eat first, so I accepted it. As a result, when I came back to wash at night, the shower head in the shower room could not be fixed at all and fell down. It was broken and could not be used. I hit my foot. Fortunately, it was not serious. I went to the bathtub to wash, but there was no water at all. I was depressed. Finally, I used the shower head to brush my teeth in the shower room without a shower head and a small shower head. I found that there was only an empty shower cap in the box. There was nothing else. I called the front desk again and sent toiletries. This is really a bit speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel. What is worth praising is the swimming pool🏊♀️The children like it But the kids and teachers who were in swimming class in the morning didn't care about the kids who were staying there. They splashed around in the water. The breakfast was very rich in variety, including drinks, pastries, etc. It felt much worse than the last time I stayed there. I don't believe that it's a little worse than Sheraton now. I still feel that I was quite satisfied with my first stay in Chuzhou. I was a little disappointed this time."
