"It was hard to book a room during the Spring Festival, so the hotel cancelled my reservation without my permission. After 10pm, my whole family was shivering in the cold wind. Such a big hotel has no way to contact guests. Why didn't they tell the guests when booking that the reservation would be cancelled if they didn't check in after 21:00? The front desk service attitude was too vicious, and they kept making excuses for their mistakes at work. In the end, they just ignored me, and kept silent. How can such a service attitude be worthy of a four-star hotel?"

The smart room controls were so convenient; I could adjust the lights and draw the curtains with a simple voice command from bed without even getting up. The smart toilet was just as comfortable as the one at home, and even the hair dryer was a Laifen brand, leaving my hair smooth and frizz-free. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
The memory foam pillow had just the right firmness; I slept on it for two nights without experiencing any neck pain. The water dispenser in the room always had warm water, so convenient—no need to go downstairs to buy water. The complimentary freshly ground coffee was excellent, not just a cheap instant coffee. The biggest surprise was the underground parking garage—it was spacious, no worries about finding a parking spot, and the elevator went directly to my floor, making it easy to carry my luggage.
Essential amenities like a laundry room and fax/printer were also provided, so I didn't have to search for them. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
