GGuest UserEvery time I come back, I live here and have already regarded this place as a home. Not to mention the facilities, it is fully in line with this star and price. More to say is the service, has exceeded the service of too many five-star hotels, the staff will consider a lot for the guests, and everyone is very patient, health is much better than other hotels.
Come back to stay during the Spring Festival and find that I hope that the situation of domestic indoor smoking can be changed as soon as possible.

WWanruoqingkong～I came to Dazhou to visit relatives. I chose this hotel after reading the recommendations online. It was pretty good. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient for entry and exit during the stay. The front desk lady at the hotel was very considerate. Seeing that I brought a child, she immediately gave us a set of cute children's toiletries, which the child loved very much. It was really heartwarming to be able to pay attention to the fact that we brought a child. The room was still very large, and our family of three lived very comfortably. The bed was very soft and large. This morning, I specially went to eat the oil tea they recommended. It was really delicious. I haven't eaten oil tea for many years. I love it. I will stay here again next time I return to Dazhou.

GGuest User第一，我在前台辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員問我有沒有訂早餐，如果沒有的話，可以送我一份。我説我已經訂了，她説需要掃碼核銷一下。雖然我之前在華住會名下的其他酒店沒有過這樣的操作，但是因為工作人員説需要，我就用微信掃了工作人員提供的二維碼，掃完以後我發現是華住會的公眾號。然後工作人員説幫**作，我就把手機給她了。當時大概過了半分鐘左右，我發現我手機的頁面停在我的手機桌面頁面，並且她在刪除app。
我就問她你是刪了什麼APP嗎？她説刪了華住會的APP。然後她也沒有對我進行任何的解釋。其實我能理解可能集團對工作人員有這種考核的要求，但是我覺得工作人員不應該在沒有明確告知我，可能會用我的手機下載某些軟件的情況下，擅自對我的手機進行操作的行為。而且，如果我沒有看到的話，她甚至不會跟我説已經下了APP，然後又刪掉。説實話，在這個操作過程中，我不太確定她有沒有拿我手機做其他的事情，比如説刪掉華住會的驗證碼之類的，可能涉及到查看我手機短訊。我認為這個事情是非常不合理的
第二，後面辦理了入住以後，我因為要休息，所以要對房間進行反鎖。
一般來説，酒店的反鎖有兩種，第一種是防盜鏈的反鎖，第二種是門鎖的反鎖。但是我發現我所在的這個房間是沒有辦法進行門鎖的反鎖的，於是我就聯繫了前台。前台告訴我説，當時保潔阿姨已經下班，而且保潔大叔就是7點才會上班。在這個時間是沒有人可以為我處理這個事情的，他們前台也沒有辦法幫我處理，所以我還要再等一個多小時，等到保安上班才行。
後面他們又替我安排了工作人員上門處理，但是那個工作人員説他們這個門就是沒有辦法反鎖的，而且她當時為我查看了我對面的房間和我隔壁的房間，説他們都是沒有辦法反鎖的。我説那有沒有辦法幫我換到同等價位的有鎖的房間，其表示不可以，因為他們應該都沒有這種反鎖系統。
後面我就再次聯繫了前台，是他們經理接的電話，他説這是全季4.0，整個全季4.0都是不可以反鎖的。我説我平時出差也有住其他全季，都是可以反鎖的，為什麼這個不可以。經理表示如果我有住過其他全季的話，我就應該知道他們4.0是不能夠反鎖的。我就問她説，我説我作為一個客户的話，我住酒店前我肯定是不可能瞭解説你是3.0還是4.0，但是你這樣反鎖不了肯定有安全隱患。
然後經理就回復我説，有一種方法可以反鎖，就是用鑰匙反鎖。我説，那也可以，你給一把鑰匙也可以。然後經理就表示説，如果用了鑰匙的話，他們門鎖會更新，所以他們不會給鑰匙給客人。
我就表示説，這樣肯定是有安全隱患的。經理説沒有關係，他們保安會兩個小時巡邏一次。然後我就問説，如果在白天的工作時間，都沒有辦法替我處理門鎖，那我怎麼可以確保安全？經理就説，反正都是安全的，讓我不要擔心。
又過了大概20分鐘，然後又有工作人員上門，跟我説她們後面檢查到是有其他房間是有反鎖的，幫我去換其他房間，我也同意了這個方案。
我不明白的是，如果一開始就有可以反鎖的房間，為什麼一直都説沒有，還説自己是什麼4.0，整個酒店都沒有可以反鎖的門鎖，直到我真的很生氣的質問他們那麼久，才説可以換房。
第三，換了房間後，房間牀頭櫃地板、馬桶附近到處都是水,淋浴處更是滿地的水，根本沒有收拾乾淨。我不理解為什麼一個連鎖的酒店可以做到這麼拉胯，連最基本的衞生都做不好。

The hygiene is very good, I checked it and the sheets were very clean.
The facilities are quite good, and they took the initiative to help us upgrade the chess and card room, although it was useless hahahahaha.

FFutejiaduixiaoxiong大學生，第一次住這種大套房，先來誇誇：
1.衞生（5）：和商品圖視頻一模一樣，房間很新很大，非常非常乾淨。
2.環境（5）：因為近郊所以很安靜一點也不吵，高空風景不錯，有山景也有街景，到了晚上很好看。吃飯方便😋樓下走幾步就有各種飯店。
3.服務（5）：態度很好。我們最開始時訂的房間還沒打掃出來，前台小姐姐還主動提出了免費升房。後來我們另訂了這間大套房，因為準備離開時還沒吃午飯，又免費延時了一小時退房。
4.設施（4.5）：整體風格温馨輕奢，房間兩面幾大扇落地窗高級感滿滿。有小冰箱（衹是裏面沒燈，我最開始還以為壞了🥺），還送了沖泡飲料（茶和咖啡），不過我最喜歡的還是浴缸（前台很好，一次性泡澡袋不夠了去拿就是），衞浴分離，是不同的小房間，還有兩個洗手枱，馬桶是恆温智能馬桶。
以下是我個人覺得需要改進的地方☺️
1.價格：日常價格三百多上下就合適，節假日沒有人住店大可不必漲價，國慶440感覺還是貴了些，不是所有人都願意這麼花💰。
2.設施：
A.衞生間還是應該裝不透明的玻璃，浴室裝了磨砂玻璃，衞生間也可以，畢竟上廁所還是很私密的事情的！
B.房間有兩個煙霧報警器（好像是？），晚上睡覺關燈後感覺一閃一閃的，雖然不是特別明顯，但對於睡覺比較挑剔的人來説可能有影響。
C.小米智能家電沒有和所有設施完全配對，使喚不動一些設施，可能剛開業不久還沒弄好。
D.這個套房應該是酒店最貴的吧？感覺可以送個影視VIP🥺這麼個套房居然沒有VIP。
E.浴缸接水太慢啦，而且後面放的水都不是很熱了。浴缸這種大口，後面水會冷的很快的，還沒接太滿水就衹變得温熱了！
衹顧着享受了就沒怎麼拍房間本身，陪幾張夜景和美食~

YYishichaoranThe cloud resort hotel is on the top of the Grand Canyon's main peak compass. The location is super good, it is a good place to escape the summer heat and snow in winter. Hotel facilities, health, environment and service are very good. Self-driving up the mountain is the first choice. Yesterday, my wife and I drove by ourselves. Because of Monday, the hotel stayed with me for two, and the 2400-meter high-altitude cableway was opened for us. The sunset and sunrise are very beautiful. Xiao Chen at the main station upgraded the room type for me. It was facing the sunrise and taking pictures on the balcony of the room in the morning. There are my husband and wife in the evening and early morning. The hotel service is not bad. The room on the mountain is too cold and the room has put electric heating for us. The mountain is 33° high temperature and the ice and fire are two days. A great experience.

Hotel location is very good, about 5 minutes to go out there is a bus to the attraction, very convenient! Downstairs of the hotel is the place to eat, the environment is good, the taste is good, I ordered Erjingtiao fish fillets, the children especially love to eat. The environment in the hotel is also very good, the two beds are 1.3 meters, four people can live. The hotel's breakfast is eaten in the restaurant downstairs, very appetizing, very delicious! My baby said that next time I come to Bashan Grand Canyon, I will stay here.
