"This time, I accompanied my wife's family back to our hometown, Guanxian, to pay respects to our ancestors. We booked three rooms at this hotel through Ctrip, and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The hotel service was professional and attentive; they were responsive to all our requests. Weiwei at the front desk was very welcoming and provided thoughtful service. The entire guest room area was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the surrounding area was quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and had unique flavors. We also had dinner once; the cooking was excellent, the dishes were diverse, and the price was great. The restaurant environment was also nice. What we appreciated most was that every staff member we encountered greeted us proactively. This really made our family feel warm and welcome. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into training, cultivating the professionalism and competence of all staff. A sincere thumbs up!
