"***November 2025 Stay Experience*** I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions. Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins. Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter. The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements. Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! "Traveled with my child for two days during the May Day holiday. This hotel offers great value for money, with all dining, entertainment, and activities available on-site. The best part was the parent-child activities, which were a real lifesaver for families with kids, freeing up our hands completely! Most of these activities wrapped up before 4 PM, so I'd suggest adding some options for after 4 PM to make it even more perfect. The service was also excellent. Upon check-in, I added Front Office Manager Shi Liu on WeChat. She provided one-on-one assistance for our 3-day, 2-night stay, helping me arrange activities and book meals – everything was handled perfectly! The main thing is that my little one had a blast, and we'll definitely be back. The hotel is close to Jiashan South Station and there's a 'Jiashan Yueli' nearby with lovely night views. The room was spacious and very new; we booked a themed room this time, and my child absolutely loved it. We'll return again if we get the chance. Highly recommended! [Strong]"

"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

"I booked a standard king room for my husband's birthday, and the hotel upgraded us to a courtyard room for free. Delia was great with the communication and service, and even sent a birthday cake. The shower pressure was amazing, and the room was quite spacious. The hotel isn't huge, but the overall environment is very comfortable. The only downside was the mosquitoes; being by the water and on the ground floor, it's probably unavoidable and seasonal."
