A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions. Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins. Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter. The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements. Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries. The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything! Although the introduction page indicates that the hotel has parking spaces, in fact, the hotel does not have parking spaces! The hotel has no parking space! The hotel has no parking space!
