"May be the best place to stay while visiting XITANG ancient water town, CITANG town itself is so beautiful so pairing with this hotel may be the greatest plan you’ll enjoy. 1 minute walk to the entrance gate which means everything is at your door steps. Room is super nice and extra big. From checking in to out, everything was perfectly smooth. Breakfast was good and fair. Only some negative situations ( for me ) GYM and LAUNDRY ROOMS can’t be used at late night, just only operating from 0800 to 2100, so if your in a rush…it’s impossible May be the best hotel in XITANG ancient town OH, it’s CHINA so just remember even you book NON SMOKING ROOM, you can get the smell every where"

"***November 2025 Stay Experience*** I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions. Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins. Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter. The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements. Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! "Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!"

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip. The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to Xitang. I believe you will also praise the facilities here just like me.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The room was spacious, and the semi-open bathroom design felt airy and made it easy to keep an eye on our little one. The frosted glass partition offered plenty of privacy. The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups. The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries. The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything! Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!

FFrankflyfanI'm lucky to live in such a good place. Before check-in, the store called to ask about the approximate check-in time and whether a parking space was needed. After arriving at the store, we upgraded to a terrace room on the second floor. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The faint smell of disinfectant on the bath towel makes people feel more at ease. Simple breakfast and itinerary recommendations can be provided. Very considerate service makes the whole journey more pleasant. Looking forward to seeing you again

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great when you come to Xitang! The hotel is right inside the Xitang scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with other hotels in the scenic area, the price is much more affordable and the cost performance is super high! The hotel is in Chinese garden style, with antique decoration, small bridges and flowing water, courtyard corridors, and it looks very Jiangnan. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and new bathroom facilities. It is very quiet to sleep at night and will not be disturbed at all. And the staff service is very good, whether it is checking in or asking questions, they are very patient and enthusiastic, and they can help solve the problem immediately if there is a need. It is really a good choice to come to Xitang to play. Recommended!

Service: The landlady is very enthusiastic and will show us in advance whether we are satisfied with the room. 3 hours of Hanfu experience: the Hanfu store connected is also good! recommend! ! AAnonymous UserIt was inconspicuous outside, there was no cave in, and I chose a few to live in this house. The service is good, the important thing is quiet, there is a very beautiful small courtyard. Going out is the bustling scenery of Xitang, and walking into the inn is quiet.
