"***November 2025 Stay Experience*** I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions. Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins. Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter. The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements. Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! "The hotel's design is in the style of a Chinese courtyard, which perfectly complements the ancient town of Xitang. As for the service, since it was my son's birthday, the hotel even did some simple decorations, giving my little one a pleasant surprise. Finally, I have to praise the hotel breakfast – it's definitely 'small but exquisite.' Although the space isn't large and the variety isn't extensive, the ingredients, taste, and all other aspects are excellent. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer this time. Plus, the hotel is very close to Xitang. It's definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Xitang."

"Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!"

"We stayed in a room with an upstairs and downstairs level. It was spacious and beautifully appointed with a bathroom on each floor and a gorgeous private terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. The only issue we had was that in order for it to be a comfortable temperature upstairs, the downstairs had to be extremely cold. Putting a small air conditioner upstairs would be a good addition. Other than that, it was 10/10!"
