"The room and service were good. Because we booked a wrong check-in date for a room, when there were no rooms, the front desk and the store manager knew the situation and used the spare room for us, which helped us solve the big problem. The only drawback was that the waiter was not very friendly during breakfast. He refused to replenish the food when it was insufficient, and the quality of the drinks contained too much water, which was not up to par with the room rate. Although someone followed up and solved it immediately after the complaint, I sincerely hope that this situation will not happen again in the future, which will seriously affect the reputation of the hotel."

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch.
The hotel key card was quite unique.
The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in."

"Very good, Urumqi to Sailimu Lake is far away, Sailimu Lake accommodation is much more expensive, staying in Jinghe for one night and then going to Sailimu Lake ~ more than 100 kilometers. The newly opened Hanting is very clean and the room is large. Takeaway can order local delicious food, the whistle noodles for the hotel breakfast are delicious! "It was very noisy when two large groups from travel agencies checked in very early in the morning. We were still sleeping. The waiter cleaning was very noisy and entered the wrong room. He came to our room and found that someone had gone out again. I was speechless. "The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and the towels and bedding were disinfected, giving me peace of mind. There was no unpleasant odor, and the bathroom and shower were spotless, demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail and professionalism. The room was equipped with smart devices, which were very convenient, and it was spacious enough for a family of four with plenty of room to play. I especially want to praise the large bed; two beds can even be pushed together, making it incredibly convenient with children – they can roll around all over the bed without any worries. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, quickly bringing us anything we needed. There was even a robot delivering takeout, and the lobby had plenty of water, candy, and toys – many thoughtful and considerate touches. The overall experience was excellent!"

In the morning, there's a lavish breakfast, and for meetings, there are professional conference rooms and multi-functional halls. After work, I could even relax at the gym. The most thoughtful part was having a laundry room and external laundry service, so I didn't have to worry about clean clothes during a long business trip. The car park also has charging stations, which is super convenient if you're driving. The lobby bar and coffee shop have a quiet ambiance, perfect for some temporary work or waiting for someone. Overall, the experience was great.

The room is more spacious than the picture, and there is no smell at all. The softness of the bedding is just right, and the pillows are high and low. It is too friendly for people with cervical spine sensitivity like me. The bathroom is dry and wet separation is done thoroughly

GGuest UserMy stay at Yadu Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations! The staff at check-in were incredibly patient, and the room itself was a pleasant surprise – spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom had absolutely no unpleasant odor, and even the toiletries felt of much higher quality than those typically found in hotels of a similar price point. The breakfast spread was also very impressive, with hot dishes, fresh fruits, and various staples all tasting incredibly fresh. Even for a picky eater like me, I found plenty of delicious options. If I'm ever back in Jinghe, I'd definitely choose to stay here again and will happily recommend it to all my friends!
