The facilities are modern; they provide power cards, have food delivery robots, and they alert you when your items arrive via an audio system. Complimentary drinks are provided upon check-in, and the front desk is available 24/7. Disadvantages: There's a large gap between the waterproof strip at the bottom of the bathroom door and the floor, causing shower water to overflow and create a large puddle. Fortunately, housekeeping can handle it. A small spider crawled into the bed. The male manager came to change the bedding, bringing new sheets and duvet covers, but only changed the sheets, leaving the new duvet covers intact. I don't understand why they would only change the sheets and not the duvet cover when the spider was crawling between the duvet and sheets. I called the front desk again to change the duvet cover, and this time a female receptionist changed the entire duvet. For a large hotel with many rooms, there are only two washing machines and two dryers. I went to do laundry around 11:00 AM, and both machines were full; I had to wait. The cleaning staff were commended for their efficient and enthusiastic work; the receptionist was praised for her gentle demeanor and ability to quickly and accurately extract customer needs after listening to their descriptions. Further suggestions were made for the hotel reception staff to wear flat shoes and trousers instead of high heels and skirts, which would allow for greater freedom of movement and easier operation, thus enabling them to serve customers more efficiently.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away. The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch. The hotel key card was quite unique. The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in.

Returning to Shihezi from Sailimu Lake, the sunset at Sailimu Lake always makes people reluctant to leave early. It was already late when we left Sailimu Lake. We originally planned to rush to Dushanzi, but finally decided to stay in Jinghe. Jinghe is such a small place, and we didn't have much expectation for accommodation. This hotel surprised me. The furnishings of the whole room are basically at the level of the new Four Seasons. The hotel room is very new and the stay is also very good. There is a large parking lot in front of the door, which is very convenient.
