"The room and service were good. Because we booked a wrong check-in date for a room, when there were no rooms, the front desk and the store manager knew the situation and used the spare room for us, which helped us solve the big problem. The only drawback was that the waiter was not very friendly during breakfast. He refused to replenish the food when it was insufficient, and the quality of the drinks contained too much water, which was not up to par with the room rate. Although someone followed up and solved it immediately after the complaint, I sincerely hope that this situation will not happen again in the future, which will seriously affect the reputation of the hotel."

"The room type I live in is over 45㎡, the space is large enough to walk around at will, not depressed at all! The decoration is simple and advanced, striped wallpaper + bedside art painting, and the photo is huge. "It was very noisy when two large groups from travel agencies checked in very early in the morning. We were still sleeping. The waiter cleaning was very noisy and entered the wrong room. There was no unpleasant odor, and the bathroom and shower were spotless, demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail and professionalism. The room was equipped with smart devices, which were very convenient, and it was spacious enough for a family of four with plenty of room to play. I especially want to praise the large bed; two beds can even be pushed together, making it incredibly convenient with children – they can roll around all over the bed without any worries. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, quickly bringing us anything we needed. There was even a robot delivering takeout, and the lobby had plenty of water, candy, and toys – many thoughtful and considerate touches. The overall experience was excellent!"

Highly recommend the Shemeisu International Hotel! The elegant atmosphere of the lobby immediately captivates you. The front desk service is warm, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, convenient and practical smart amenities, and superb soundproofing, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere even late at night. The location is excellent, with convenient parking and complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, with attention to detail throughout. For a reasonable price, you can enjoy a luxurious experience – excellent value for money! Perfect for business trips or leisure travel, I'll definitely stay here again!

We came out of Sailimu Lake quite late, and had a minor accident on the way to Jinghe County. The owner was very nice and waited for us until 1:30 in the morning. The B&B is very close to the highway exit and convenient for travel. The breakfast was made by the owner himself, which was delicious, green and healthy. It was a satisfactory stay. I recommend everyone to experience it.

The front desk and hotel staff provided excellent service. They even thoughtfully provided toothbrushes and slippers for children. Breakfast wasn't included in the initial booking, but the front desk provided breakfast vouchers upon arrival. The room was clean, the bed was large, and the children loved it. Parking was convenient. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Located in Jinghe, the hotel is very close to Sayram Lake, making travel very convenient.

It's a big B&B. It feels good. The room is quite big and the hygiene is OK. There is no food nearby, so I can only order food at the hotel. It's a bit expensive and the taste is average. The room design is a bit strange. The toilet is placed in the shower. In the room, the air conditioner is behind the curtain haha, the washing machine is a bit small, but everything else is okay

We had such a fantastic time. The people are so kind you. You are treated like family. We asked if we could pay to have them drive us to sayram lake and they arranged it for us. The food is wonderful and people are so kind. We are from America and they said we are the first Americans to stay there. I highly recommend this place because the people are so nice. It is not a fancy hotel. It is better though because of the people.
