衞生：客房非常乾淨，保潔大姐打掃的很仔細。
大廳也是一塵不染。
環境：整體環境氛圍非常好，一進大廳就感覺一股奢華感，整體裝修很考究，特別是中間樓梯，地面鋪的是漢白玉，牆面做的發光奢石，照片根本拍不出現場的震撼感！
服務：服務非常好，酒店給小朋友送的小禮物真的很多。還是機器人送的，小朋友自己給前台打電話要的可樂，也很快就送到了。晚上酒店又多送了一份水果，真的是小驚喜啦。"

"Environment: The environment was nice, and quite quiet at night, making it a good place to rest. The breakfast restaurant was also decent.
Cleanliness: Quite clean.
Facilities and Service: Let's discuss these together. The front desk service was very nice; they even helped deliver takeout from the front desk to the room, which was really convenient in the dead of winter.
However… the hotel still had some issues with details, such as:
1. Many items in the breakfast restaurant didn't have name tags. For example, there was a ”Soy Milk” sign next to the milk sign… I spent ages looking for the milk sign.
2. The smart voice system in our room wasn't working… This is really important for young people.
If this had been mentioned at check-in, it wouldn't have been such a big deal. But when the guest approached the front desk, it seemed the front desk was unaware that the smart speaker in their room had been sent back for repairs. The guest reported this late at night, and the front desk replied that housekeeping would bring one shortly… However, a few minutes later, a housekeeping staff member arrived empty-handed, saying it was broken and had been sent back for repairs. (It seems that several departments hadn't communicated or coordinated regarding the broken device.) Upon checkout, when the front desk asked for feedback, I mentioned the smart speaker issue. The man in the gray suit at the front desk asked, ”Is it not working properly or is it not available at all? It seems like one room's device was sent back for repairs.” (It seems like one room…) What? It seems like one room? His tone was uncertain, and he didn't know the room number. (As a manager, this equipment defect is a serious service oversight!)"

"In the blind booked hotel in Trip.com , I went to see the environment. The little sister at the front desk was very warm and kind. The hotel management was very good, the sanitation was passed, there was no smell, the location was very good, it was convenient to eat and stroll, and there was its own parking space. At night, they took a shower for the elderly and asked for a steel ring stool to the service desk so that the elderly could sit and take a comfortable bath. The room is decorated in a standard room, the mattress is very comfortable, and the elderly sleep until dawn! The point is that when I left, I forgot the mobile phone charger at the hotel.
