"Check-in was very quick. The lady at the front desk was incredibly patient, listening attentively to my little one's somewhat hesitant request and even giving her a sticker as encouragement. Housekeeping was prompt, and our preferences for a room not in a corner and not too close to the elevator were all accommodated. The only minor issue was a faint smell of smoke in the room. As I'm quite sensitive to smoke, and knowing that twin rooms are often used by business travelers, I assume some guests might inconsiderately smoke indoors. However, the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff even reminded guests that they could order custom items like noodles or wontons. Even the person checking breakfast tickets at the entrance greeted us warmly, which really started our day off on a high note. I didn't take many photos, but I hope this description suffices!"
