"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the first floor, and the security staff arrange for a little robot to bring it to your room – super cool! The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local rice noodles and vermicelli."

"Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Room is large, spaciously furnished and modern. Bed is very comfortable and shower is large with good water pressure and hot water. I liked the breakfast, more eastern than western but does have breads and bakery items, and enough Chinese varieties of breakfast items, a good breakfast spread when you consider the cost. Overall a good experience and excellent value for money, only 15 minute taxi ride to NingDe railway station."

"Going to Xiapu Fuzhou for the New Year, the hotel price is too outrageous! Finally, I decided to stay in Ningde. I stayed for three days and traveled by tram. It was within an hour of going anywhere. It was super convenient!
Key point: The big bed room in this hotel is the largest I have ever lived in. The width is at least 2.4 meters, even if four adults sleep without pressure! If you are a second-child family, booking his big bed room is definitely enough to sleep! This must be praised!
Finally, thank the hotel front desk, see that I brought two babies (up to junior high school), and sent us breakfast for three days directly, great!"

**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!

Coco girl at the front desk gave me a warm welcome. She confirmed the quantity of toothbrushes, razors, slippers and other supplies, and also provided breakfast. As soon as I arrived in the room, the housekeeping delivered the needed things. It was really a surprise.
1. The hotel has a very good location. It is adjacent to Dongbaicheng, the largest mall in Fu'an. It can be directly connected to the mall without going out, which is very convenient on rainy days.
2. The room is spacious and bright. Except for the two-seater tea-making area, I am very satisfied with the work area. The scenery outside the hotel window is good. You can see the colorful Qiyun Bridge and Fu'an City at night.
3. The breakfast is great, you can taste the Fuding pork slices that you have been craving for!
4. There is a new energy vehicle charging area in the hotel exit area. This road is relatively congested at night, but charging is spacious and convenient during the day, and the price is not expensive.

AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

When I arrived at Ningde, I encountered rainy weather. It was so cold. I poured a cup of hot water for me as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I also helped me bring my luggage to the room. I must give the staff a thumbs up. The most surprising thing is that the beds and quilts are new, soft and super comfortable. I have not been able to rest on the road and finally have a good night's sleep in the hotel. When I was struggling with what to eat, I found that the takeaway store was very close to the hotel. It was just opposite Wanda Plaza. I drank milk tea for two days and a lot of taro pastries. It was a big satisfaction for my taro head. I will stay here next time.
