"The hotel is quite new. I heard it's been open for over a year. The rooms are spacious, and the price is reasonable. The receptionist and security guards are very friendly. They greet you proactively and tell you which transportation is convenient. The rooms are bright and airy, with all necessary toiletries provided, and the hairdryer is quite powerful. "I was worried the facilities might be a bit outdated since it's been open for a while, but they were surprisingly new.
The front desk proactively helped us upgrade to a family suite, which was great. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
The room was spotless and odorless. They helped us choose an inward-facing room, which had a nice view of Beihu Lake, was quiet, and had a good view – highly recommended.
My wife said the smaller room didn't have air conditioning, but I think it did, though perhaps the unit was small.
It's a 10-minute walk to Beihu Lake with a small child, a great location.
The breakfast selection was plentiful and the space was spacious – very good.
I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The twin rooms with windows are facing the road, so there is some noise, which does not affect the sleep, but it is difficult to sleep in the morning, which is a small disadvantage. It would be better if you move to the inner side. The hotel is very new, the front desk service is good, the texture and details of the facilities can be improved, and the water will splash. The bed was very comfortable and there was a wide variety of breakfast options across from the hotel. Prices during the Chinese New Year are a bit expensive, more expensive than many popular tourist cities. The laundry room looks comfortable"

The security of the parking supermarket ran out and rebuked, saying that the hotel did not let it stop at their door. This hotel still has to communicate well and do not affect the guests.

先説服務。前台小姐姐特別熱情，一進門就遞上一杯熱茶，辦理入住也很迅速。前台還有個百寶箱，裏面刮鬍刀、耳塞、牙線、小童拖鞋這些一次性小物件備得很齊全，衞生打掃得乾淨細緻。
再説房間設施。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨舒適，衞生間沒有異味，熱水來得也快。我住的那間有投影，晚上躺着看電影很愜意。酒店還配了自助洗衣房，對出差黨特別友好。交通方面，門前停車位充足，免費停車，去商圈很方便。
綜合來看，海凡星在同類連鎖酒店裡性價比相當高，服務熱情、衞生乾淨、設施齊全，基本沒什麼大毛病。整體還是很值得推薦的。
