Qionghai Hotel is undoubtedly the best hotel in Xichang and the top choice for visitors. However, it's often fully booked, especially during holidays, due to frequent large-scale events."

"This trip to Xichang became more wonderful because of staying in this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with a reasonable layout, every corner was clean and tidy, and when the lights were turned on, it was bright and warm. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, checked in quickly, and introduced the surrounding area attentively. Free pick-up and drop-off service between the high-speed rail station and the airport makes travel stress-free. If you are tired from playing at night, there is free midnight snack to warm your stomach. The intelligent decoration adds a lot of convenience and fun, it’s amazing!"

Before check-in, the front desk even had the cleaning staff do a final check to ensure the room's hygiene and safety, which was excellent. **Ambiance:** The environment is quite good, very peaceful, with greenery at the entrance to the courtyard, and the room decor is well thought out. **Service:** The service was very attentive. The front desk added me on WeChat for concierge service, which was incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. Their responses were very prompt, something that's hard to find in other hotels. Great job! **Facilities:** The room facilities are very complete. Hot water was not an issue, and the toilet and shower are separate, which is convenient. They also provided complimentary drinks, sparkling water, and mineral water – very generous of the owner! **Afternoon Tea:** The restaurant is on the first floor, and the desserts were delicious, not at all perfunctory. I want to mention the front desk again – the service truly is outstanding. I've stayed in many hotels, and I can honestly say the concierge service here is the best!"

"I searched for resort hotels in Xichang on Ctrip, and it came down to a choice between the top two, so I picked this one. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; if you don't have a car, you'll mostly rely on taxis. They do have fast and slow chargers, which is great for electric car owners! It's right next to Yinlin Beach, and you can reach Qionghai Lake by walking through the hotel lobby. The rooms and cleanliness are good, but the soundproofing is poor! I brought my family this time and booked three rooms for two nights. On the last day, my elderly parents were too tired, so we requested a late checkout until 2 PM, which the front desk agreed to. Many thanks for that! As a relatively expensive resort hotel, I do have a few suggestions. The front desk staff are excellent, but their uniforms are quite old and should be replaced – it detracts from the hotel's image! There's no bellhop service, which is very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage or those with mobility issues! There are only two or three staff members that guests typically interact with, so certain services should not be skimped on! The dust on the front desk counter and computer screens was so thick you could write in it. The cleaning staff could take some time to address this, as it's an area guests see. Another unacceptable point is that all the seating in the public areas outside the lobby requires a fee. They should at least offer it for free to in-house guests! After all, it's a resort hotel, not a budget hotel, and it made my elderly parents feel they could only rest in their rooms. Due to the hotel's somewhat remote location, food delivery usually takes over an hour. The hotel does have a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a barbecue bar, which is convenient, though a bit pricey, as expected. I'd recommend eating out before returning to the hotel to rest! The hotel breakfast is average, possibly because there aren't many guests on weekdays. I wonder how it will be during the upcoming long holiday."

"I feel that this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Xichang for a few days. Although it is old, it is well maintained, clean, quiet, good service, free parking, and convenient to go around. It is trustworthy. Fruits and a set of small toiletries are also given."

"Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. However, the hotel is semi-open. The room we stayed in faced the commercial street and was on the second floor. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very noisy at night. The door to the balcony was broken and could not be closed. There was also a big brother quarreling downstairs in the early morning. I was really impressed. The sound was like it was right next to my ear. Earplugs were prepared in the room, but to be honest, it didn't help. I was surprised to have a good night dessert, but only one was delivered the next day and I didn't know how to divide it. After asking by phone, it was delivered quickly. As for breakfast, it felt very simple. I thought there was no set meal on the first day and didn't ask about it. On the second day, someone came to ask whether it was Chinese or Western. P.S. The speakers were quite a surprise."

"The room was very nice and clean. The service provided by the front desk lady was very good. The pillows were very comfortable. Parking was also very convenient. The front desk lady also enthusiastically introduced us to the tourist attractions in Xichang. It was a great help. We did not drive here but took the high-speed rail. There was free pick-up and drop-off service. There was also porridge in the evening. It was very heartwarming. Highly recommended"

"The girl at the front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic. She pours you a glass of water when you arrive at the front desk. When you leave, you will be given a bottle of water to take with you on the road. When you meet the staff on the road, you will warmly say hello. There will also be free midnight snacks in the evening, and there are many types of Zhuju books. , the staff said that if you like books, you can borrow them to read on the go. After reading, you can just return them to any Atour store. I have never encountered this kind of service in other hotels. Like it👍The hotel is very new, clean, and aromatherapy It smells great too. Check-in and check-out are very fast. You can directly leave a billing message on the app. After checking in, you can just click on the bill and the bill will be issued automatically! It's very convenient. In the past, wrong tickets were issued in other places and it was very slow. All in all, it was a very good experience and it has successfully captured my heart. I will choose Atour in the future!"

"This was our favourite hotel in all of Sichuan, and for the price we paid, we feel like we got the best value. The views and spaciousness are what wins this hotel this rating for us. The window in the shower was such a luxurious experience. We extended our stay by 2 nights because of this wonderful experience! Other pros: Great staff, a nice breakfast buffet and space for dining, and within walking distance to Qionghai park."

"Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily. There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light). Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains."
