This location is great for tourists traveling by car, saving time getting in and out of the city. The hotel service is excellent, and there's a free buffet dinner and late-night snack. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Xichang. The platform on the 3rd floor offers views of Qionghai Lake, which is a nice spot for having tea and barbecue in the evening.

The sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I stayed for three nights. I had a breakfast for one day. I also gave me two days. The room was on the second floor. The facilities were not bad. The soundproofing of the adjacent street was a bit not very good. The most pleasant surprise was that the breakfast was very rich and delicious. The family was very satisfied. We booked two rooms. Aside from being a bit noisy due to its street location and a faulty door lock, this hotel was fine. However, the service staff varied drastically. The receptionist who worked on the first day of the ***** New Year was very friendly and deserves a positive review. Because of our poor experience on the first day, she promised to change our room to the same price for the second night, and we even paid a deposit. However, when we returned from our trip on the second day, a different receptionist arrived. This staff member was rude and gave our reserved room to someone else without consulting us. She spoke very arrogantly, saying we could get a refund if we didn't want it, and that she would charge extra for our other room. Not wanting to spoil our holiday, we had no choice but to pay the extra fee. I give the receptionist who worked on the second day a very negative review; such service is unacceptable.
