"Animal Kingdom was a lot of fun, and my child had a blast! The fact that hotel guests get unlimited access is great – we didn't finish exploring on the first day, so we could go back and play again the next. The hotel's decor is also nice, with a consistent children's theme. However, the hotel uses central air conditioning, and the room temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. We couldn't turn on the cooling; only natural air was available. It was so dry and hot, and we had no choice but to open the two small windows at the top. This meant we couldn't close the curtains either, and we barely slept all night. To top it off, the staff at check-in were unhelpful and didn't even respond to our questions, which was really frustrating."

"I took my children to the mountains and stayed at the Shansheng Youxing Hotel. The facilities were very complete, the bedding was clean, the latex mattress was very comfortable to sleep on, and the bathroom water was hot in seconds, which was quite surprising.

The park is large and there are not many rooms. There will be no noisy sound at all, which is super suitable for vacation. The butler will contact the route in advance. During the whole stay, contact the butler at any time, and respond to everything. The service is great! The suite was upgraded by mistake. The whole house in the room was smart, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and cleaned very clean. The balcony is a lawn when you open the door. Although it is not specially fenced, it is no different from the private courtyard. Get up early and sit outside and breathe the fresh air, everything is so healing. GGuest UserI initially thought the 5.0 rating on the hotel was pretty good, especially since I was traveling with my eight-month-old baby, parents, and myself. However, when we arrived, we were supposed to check in at 2 PM, but they said the room wasn't cleaned properly and we didn't check in until 2:40 PM – that's the first point. Second, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, along with a large water stain. There was also hair under the coffee table in the living room. After I complained, they brought me a watermelon and apologized, saying they would clean it again later. However, when we returned from the Qinwei Water City around 10 PM, I wanted to take a bath before bed, but the bathtub was still dirty. I was quite annoyed, even though I had already mentioned that they would clean it more thoroughly because of the baby. Fortunately, the front desk eventually came to clean and disinfect it. Third, there were no slippers in the shower. Fourth, the bathroom had a strong odor; it smelled terrible the next morning. Fifth, the toilet was awful; you had to flush first, and water splashed all over your bottom. Sixth point: The air conditioning was very difficult to adjust. Even at the lowest fan speed, the airflow was still very strong. Even at 28 degrees Celsius, the air blowing directly on my skin was still very cold and uncomfortable. I had no choice but to turn it on to 30 degrees Celsius at night. Seventh point: The room was very damp, which was very uncomfortable because there was a water feature outside. Anyway, those traveling with young children should avoid this place. Since the guesthouse's environment is so nicely designed, I hope the hygiene facilities are also up to par.

RRonald DudleyI've stayed at the Cheered three times now, since 2018, and I'm always happy to return. First off: the hotel has the very best breakfast service I've seen anywhere. It's worth staying just for that, but secondly, the whole hotel itself is a great experience. The lobby is eye candy, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional and my rooms have always been very comfortable and clean. I like Xinmi and I have friends there, so I always enjoy my visits, but I also just look forward to getting back to the Cheered.
