If you're traveling with elderly people, you could stay at the nearby Sunshine Hotel, which has an elevator, but you'll still need to climb stairs to see the attractions, though it's more convenient for getting to restaurants. The fourth floor leads to a back street, where all the attractions are located. The Hongsi Temple, just a few dozen meters away, is the best attraction, showing the floodwaters over the years, and it's also the most scenic spot in the town."
