Malang Regency Hotels with Wifi

"We had a wonderful stay at Shanaya Resort Malang with our family. The resort is very spacious, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. There are plenty of facilities to enjoy, including several swimming pools, a playground for children, and an animal area where guests can see horses, sheep, and rabbits. There is also a swan area, although it was under maintenance during our visit. The resort is quite large and located on hilly terrain, so guests can use the buggy service to move around the property. We found the buggy service very convenient, and the staff responded quickly whenever we requested a pickup. Despite the size of the resort, transportation around the property was smooth and efficient. The wooden cabin-style room was clean, comfortable, and unique. There was no iron in the room, but after requesting one, it was provided promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One night was not enough to fully explore everything the resort has to offer. We would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to enjoy all the facilities and activities. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway in Malang."

"A very satisfying stay! The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, tidy, and all the facilities worked well. The location is strategic, close to the tea plantation tourist spot with views of Mount Arjuno. The food at Arjuno Restaurant was delicious with plenty of variety. They also offer an edutourism tour package to explore the BBIB area. BBIB Suites is highly recommended for a family vacation! 👍"

"The cabin is loacted on a higher ground of Batu so please be prepared of cold weather temperatures at night. The view is beautiful from here. Unfortunately, the hotel received my booking as Deluxe Cabin with NO VIEW but I booked and prepaid for Deluxe Cabin with VIEW. We are disappointed with this mishandling of our booking. However, Trip.com has checked and finalised and issued us a compensation. We had no choice to proceed with the given cabin with NO VIEW as it was situated at the back row. Luckily the front unblocked cabin has no one checked in and we used its outside area for photo taking. So disappointing with the mishandling of our booking. Mind you, the cabin with view and NO view both different prices."

"This hotel failed to meet our expectations for a 4-star property. While the staff were friendly, communication in English was a challenge, which made our stay more difficult. Cleanliness was a major issue—the plates, our room, and even the toilets were not properly cleaned. The food, although reasonably priced, didn’t meet our expectations in terms of quality and taste. Additionally, the hotel’s overall design felt poorly planned, and it lacked the standards we experienced in other 4-star hotels during our trip. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to the fullest"

"The hotel is quite good. I really liked their shampoo. However, the AC in one of our rooms wasn't getting cold. They tried to fix it, but it still didn't work. Eventually, around 12:30 AM, we were asked to switch rooms. The AC in the new room was cold, but the hot water wasn't working. My suggestion is to routinely check the room conditions before offering them to guests."

"My overall experience at El Hotel was quite satisfying, from the room and ambiance to the clean pool. However, what truly amazed me were the service staff, from the parking attendants to housekeeping, and there was one male staff member whose name I didn't catch... Despite it being a 3-star hotel, the staff made it feel like a 5-star experience. Their hospitality felt genuinely heartfelt. Having stayed at various star-rated hotels multiple times, I can discern between staff who serve with happy vibes and those who serve purely based on procedure. Their smiles were different, and so was their service. It seems El Hotel has implemented excellent management that values its staff, which in turn positively impacts their service to customers. Hopefully, this continues!"

"The room is not maintained very well, the bathroom is yellow” on the toilet and moldy, the pillows have a smell of sweat like it has been changed/washed. Not provided hotel slippers too"

"A bit far from center city, located in a housing complex, room on second and third floor of the building without lift facilities so one's must prepare to carry luggages, pros are hotel surrounded is not cramp with other house so the air fresh, down you can find Alfamart and food stalls, a little bit noisy for weekend morning many people coming to take morning walk"

"The location can be said to be strategic because from the location it only takes a few minutes to the toll, 25 minutes to jatimpark 2,25 minutes to klojen market, to the center of a souvenir and a culinary center near sekli (delicious eco, cotton blueder, Bakso tutus) plus the receptionist service is quite fast. The minus is that the parking area is not spacious but you don't have to worry about having staff ready to guard arrange 😊"
