"Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were basic, there was a smell in the hotel which they tried to cover with air freshener but we got used to it. The bathrooms need a little update but was fine for a short stay. The pool was beautiful"

"The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful."

"After a bad experience at Caesars in Eilat the night before, we moved to Neptune early the next day. The staff welcomed us warmly. Although the room was not completely ready, the enthusiastic front desk staff helped us check in first and informed us that they would call us when the room was ready. Although the room was not big, it was very clean. There is a large swimming pool and private beach below. Because the Red Sea beach was really bumpy, we finally chose to swim in the hotel pool. The breakfast is rich and the hotel is very close to the long-distance bus stop. Rush back to Tel Aviv before the Friday Sabbath."

"Здравствуйте,проживали с дочкой в Эйлате в гостинице Сахара в июне месяце.Расположение отеля не очень удобное, до моря далеко идти.Благо транспорт есть рядом, в шаговой доступности.Понравилась чистота и большая кровать.Окон в номере не было, микроволновки тоже.Зато есть чай и кофе и горячая вода это все из удобств, меняли полотенца.Администраторы были отстраненные, особо не помогали.В следующий раз навыберу отель с удобствами и ближе к морю."

"Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment."

"The hotel is clean and pleasant, especially since it's exclusively for grown-ups - no children, so the atmosphere it very quiet. It's at the edge of the hotels area, furthest from the sea shore, but it still is within walking distance (even inn the heat of Eilat). The rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent, the supper is very good, and all in all it was a positive experience. However, special requests made in advance were met with supposedly positive intentions, but with zero implementation. One of us is handicapped, so we asked for a non-slip mat in the shower. They said yes, of course, but never provided it. We also stated in advance we were celebrating a birthday - other hotels usually refer to it in some way (some go as far as cake and balloons) - here another zero. Also, parking space is limited; the only parking available is at a public lot, about a 5-minute walk away, currently on a badly broken and blocked sidewalk. I would have expected a hotel to provide some sort of a solution for a handicapped guest when they know it in advance. Well, expectations... (the manager I spoke to when we checked out promised to send an email with a discount for next time. As usual: positive intentions, zero implementation.)"
