We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for a special celebration. The room was huge and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a place with ample space, spotless rooms, and outstanding service, this is the place to be. We’re so glad we chose this accommodation for such a special occasion and would highly recommend it to others!

Muwa is a stylish and professional young hotel with an edgy yet luxurious design. Hito’s food is amazing from breakfast to dinner. It was one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had in Japan. The flavours are perfectly balanced and the pork is tender and not oily at all. What really stood out was the attentive service. The lady and manager who served us dinner were incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about our experience. We especially wanted to thank Ran and Dylan for their warm hospitality. They made us feel right at home and prepared a birthday fruit platter and wine for my special day. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. We had a great night’s sleep and thoroughly enjoyed the onsen. The body wash and shampoo were from Aesop, which added to the luxurious feel. We’ll definitely be returning to this high-quality and customer-centric hotel in the future.

This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants. Service was impeccable. They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see its status and movement around town in real time. Our room was a two-bedroom unit, and it was really spacious with any and all kinds of amenities, including a washing machine, dish dryer, stove, microwave, etc... In particular, our unit was accessible to the ski slopes via a back door, and the view there was amazing. Just a few steps from the back door, we could already see the view of Mt. Yotei. The hotel also has a complimentary onsen (public and private options), which was a welcome treat after a day at the slopes. Breakfast had a lot of variety, so you can surely find something to your liking. All in all, we had a really great stay at Skye Niseko, and we willl definitely come back here the next time we're in Niseko.

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Ki Niseko. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the slopes, restaurants, and nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly those at the concierge, spa, and restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The hotel amenities were also very good, with well-maintained facilities that enhanced the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the dryer, which was not as effective as expected. Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded expectations. Overall, Ki Niseko delivers a high-quality stay with outstanding hospitality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

The public areas are exceptionally well-designed, beautifully blending Park Hyatt's signature luxury with a Japanese onsen resort vibe. The overall atmosphere feels both sophisticated and relaxing. The breakfast and the selection of restaurants are much more extensive than at the neighboring Higashiyama Niseko Village, and the food itself tasted noticeably better. Service is also a major plus here. The welcome fruit wasn't just generic apples, pears, or bananas; they offered a plate of strawberries, which felt very thoughtful. Whether it was the Japanese staff, foreign staff, or the Chinese-speaking employees, everyone was consistently warm and natural. I was particularly impressed by a young woman in the restaurant department, who seemed to be from Henan, China. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making conversations very pleasant. Communicating with other foreign staff members in Japanese was also seamless; there was no need to force English, nor did we have to resort to translation apps like we did at Higashiyama Niseko Village. Finally, upon departure, since the hotel doesn't have a shuttle bus and we couldn't immediately find a taxi, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a complimentary business car to take us to the station, which was a huge bonus to the overall experience. The basic room type in the hotel building is a large suite with a double bathroom design, offering a high level of comfort. There are some drawbacks, however. As a hotel opened in 2020, there are already visible signs of wear and tear on some of the leather and fabric in the rooms, so the maintenance isn't perfectly pristine. The views are also significantly less impressive compared to Higashiyama Niseko Village, where you can see Mount Yotei directly from the lobby, rooms, and even the onsen. Additionally, this hotel has more rooms and also accommodates quite a few group tours, so even during the non-snow season, it's quite popular, making it less quiet overall than Higashiyama Niseko Village.

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful.

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!
