"I originally planned a trip to Fukuoka but came to Saga for the Saga beef. I booked the convenient Comfort Hotel Saga. The room was really small, and they didn't provide drinking water. On the first floor, they only offered basic cotton swabs and toothbrushes, so I was glad I brought my own cotton pads and shower cap. Check-in and check-out at the hotel were self-service. The hotel's location is indeed excellent; it's within walking distance to Saga Castle and the Balloon Museum. It's also right next to Saga JR Station, and you can take a bus to the famous YouMe Town in Saga. The bus stops are well-connected and right by the JR station, making it very convenient. However, at over 700 [currency unit] per night, the value for money isn't great when it's not peak season. If you prioritize convenient transportation, this place could be a good choice."

**Service:** I absolutely have to commend the hotel's front desk staff! They were an enormous help! Due to heavy rains in the Kyushu region, I found myself stranded in Saga and had difficulty getting around. I wanted to arrange for my luggage to be sent directly to my next hotel in Fukuoka. A lady wearing glasses at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with filling out the Takkyubin (luggage delivery service) forms. Even though the courier company ultimately couldn't guarantee delivery to my next hotel before my departure due to the heavy rain, the hotel staff's assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated!
**Dining:** When it's too hot in summer, taking a break at the hotel's first-floor cafe, sipping coffee and enjoying the views, is a fantastic way to relax. (The Baumkuchen is delicious!)"

"Nicely designed hotel. But rooms are small and tight. Not easy to walk around. Location a little off the center of Saga City but lots of car parking available. Service was good and helpful. And you can even buy a fireworks and play!"

"The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from Saga Station. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and bedding. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, assisting with self-check-in and even helping guests book restaurants serving Saga beef. "My first experience in Saga. I got a good deal on a flight ticket during the cherry blossom season. I landed in Fukuoka and then headed south to Saga. It was very convenient and there were not many people during the cherry blossom season. The hotel was just opposite Saga Station. I was still debating whether to change to a comfort inn, but found that it was fully booked for the days I wanted to stay. So I thought forget it. A business hotel for 300+, with a bath at night and meals included in the morning, what more could I ask for!"

HHoustonianThe villa is very comfortable, of course the price is not cheap. You get what you pay for! But it’s too far from the check in place. If it’s not for our super-accommodating sports enthusiasts, it’s probably going to give up... The front desk service is okay, it’s too far away, I feel two or three kilometers, with heavy luggage, and the sun is like a fire. You can imagine the feelings of the wife and children at home... The map icon is not very clear and the navigation is not easy to use. It is recommended that the front desk help enter the destination and then take it with the navigation. Otherwise, it will be a big thing if you lose it.

청청솔모Located in Furuyu, it seems to be suitable for moving to a rental car. The ryokan is small, but I am satisfied with the accommodation, kindness and meals. I am a Japanese cuisine major, so the meal is really the best. Everyone was friendly, especially the photos of the room booked on the site and the actual room to stay were different, but the staff responded well and I had a really comfortable trip. I want to.

GGuest Uservery lovely place! it is new (opened in July 2025). The service from when your car is in the porch (There's a valet), till check out, it was perfect. The onsen was great. It's not as warm as the others but it makes staying in the onsen longer possible. Was pleasantly surprised about the complementary dinner and breakfast! Dinner was great and was paced out so it was just nice. For breakfast it was a buffet spread that was great! I love the selection and freshness. It is in between mountains so the drive might be long but so worth it for the price

AAnonymous UserIt was my first time staying in a youth hostel. I thought it would be hard, but it turned out to be clean, tidy and warm. It really broke my stereotypes. The location is just 7 or 8 minutes walk from the JR station, on the main road. Across the road is an izakaya with all local guests. It has a sense of age and atmosphere. The food is good. I recommend everyone to try it. It's called ”Tong”. There will be two buses to take everyone away at 9:50 the next morning for Spring Airlines flights. It's not far from the bus terminal, so you can walk there. Toiletries are charged extra, so I brought my own.

Perhaps because of the location, there were many students staying there.
The service level is low compared to general business hotels.
The inside of the room is reasonably spacious and there are no inconveniences.
I just said it's fine if you take the time to stay overnight.

GGuest UserIt is a quiet landscape that seems to be nestled in the forest, and the hotel on the hill is majestic, as if it boasts its age and experience. All the staff are friendly and friendly
I didn't have a dinner reservation, but when I asked, they happily obliged and had a kaiseki meal in a room with my name written on it.
I ate Japanese specialty food. All of the food was delicious and overflowing with class.
The view of the river from the spacious tatami room is exquisite.
The early morning buffet breakfast was also a delicacy among delicacies. All of the vegetables were carefully prepared, and the clear tofu soup, a local specialty, was also a delicacy. Of course, the fluffy white rice and miso soup were the best.
There were a lot of things, but the liver and taste were the best.
It was a ryokan hotelu that I wanted to go back to.
