"Beautiful hotel, great location across from then main station. Must be new it’s so flawless! Only feedback would be a sign letting you know to enter cafe to level 2 reception, room 1223 was hard to find with the signs randomly located on an unlit door (looks like a room number) and while great attention to service - constantly facing you at the lift doors until they close is a little intense (even for Japan standards).
Would recommend to anyone ! Especially for the price"

"We stayed in the hotel for one night as we explored the nearby areas. This was one of the best hotel we have stayed for this trip. The hotel is clean, front desk are friendly and it is very conveniently located. We booked the hotel with breakfast as we read review on how great the breakfast was and we were not disappointed. Hotel guests could choose between a western menu or a traditional Japanese menu and we opted for the Japanese buffet breakfast for the great sashimi and tempura. The free tea rice at night is so delicious. Hotel provides quality amenities for all hotel guests The face mask and face wash are such a sweet gesture from them. Though we have to pay 1200 yen for over night parking, it is still worth staying at the hotel. Highly recommend it."

"I think it's good that the parking lot is easy to park in. I wasn't sure about the breakfast, so I ended up just staying there without breakfast.
I think the amenities are good, as long as they have the necessary items. However, I felt it was a bit lonely lol. I think it would be better to be more selective about the brands.

"Great experience at the Tobu Grande Hotel! It is ideally located, next to all of the cities main attraction and interesting points. Bus and metro stop is close by, as well as convenience stores.
The room was more spacious and equiped as I initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise!
The Grill Restaurant staff and food were also exceptional.

It's bigger than the other Fairfield inns I've stayed in Japan. Connected to a roadside station with restaurants and an expensive grocery store. Across the street from an onsen. I still love the design. My lady and I eat breakfast and dinner in the lobby kitchen area. We love that we can use the microwave and toaster to warm up our meals. The free instant miso soup is yummy.

Guest UserSheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)

I found this hotel from Trip.com and be so happy to stay here for 4 nights. It’s located at the west side of Utsunomiya station. It’s very convenient. We rent a car to travel around and the parking at the hotel is also convenient. But we have to pay additional fee at 1000 yen per day. And if you will park before check in time, 300 yen will be added (per hour maybe). But it’s ok for our convenience. Room is spacious, convenient for two people with two luggages. But we didn’t book for breakfast because it’s quite convenient for the restaurants and many convenience stores around the hotel. I hope to return here again next time. ☺️

Generally a pleasant stay, the place is old but pretty well maintained. My main gripe is that the soundproofing on the windows isn’t great, you can hear the Friday night crowds and cars. That said they do provide ear plugs at the front desk, which helped a lot.

Check-in and check-out are self-service, so there's no stress.
The hotel and rooms are generally well-maintained, so we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences.
The gyoza set meal at Hotel Mukaeamae's restaurant was delicious.

Bathroom : Spacious. I like the most.
Food : Breakfast - Simple but nice and tasty too.
Facilities : Laundry - cheaper and convenience. If you don't have coin, you can always go to their receptionist counter and ask for the change.
Extra : Iron & Iron Board - you can request at the counter.
Check In : Super easy and fast (provided that you have all the docs ready. Just give the booking number & passport to them)

There is a parking lot for free parking, and there is also a paid three-dimensional parking lot on the side (parking coupons can be given to the store counter to pass the card, free parking)
Rigui Hot Spring, there is a towel, the hot spring pool is divided into indoor and outdoor, there is also a steam room, oven, well-equipped, the environment is very clean, the staff attitude is very good, recommended!

NAKO.There are also commercial facilities and tram stations that can be walked nearby.
Quiet hotel built just one from the main street!
There is a bar on the first floor and there is a massage.
There was a convenience store right in front of me.
Resident parking lot は No material で
You can stop in the hotel.
There was also a large parking lot next door.
The hotel is old, but it was beautiful and the staff were friendly.
I would like to ask if I have another chance!
