"The hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience. "

"The hotel is in a great location, with the pier and shopping mall just outside.
Although the room is a bit old, it is very clean and decorated in a unique Navy style.
There are not many guests, and it is very comfortable to lie in the pool.
The doorman and most of the staff are very dedicated.
When checking out, a cleaning fee was added to pay. Although I was told that this is optional and can be removed, it feels bad to be forced to pay a tip. (The front desk said that it is mentioned in the hotel manual, but I don’t think everyone will read the manual carefully)"

"If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return."

"They need to update their APP for booking in the restaurants they have for the night, the menu was completely different from that I saw in the APP, the badly prepared drinks, like they do them with the cheapest, we test several and all badly. The food, more or less, is missing more variety in the menu, your super friendly staff, all super careful and friendly shoppers. They make a great difference from foreign customers against nationals which I saw quite badly, it's good Hotel and above all it has a very good location."

"It was Paradise. From the entrance to the Resort to our last day there. Staff was excellent and the amenities were great. Top notch location, beautiful views, cleanliness, design, pools and beach furniture. highly recommend the villa pools for private swimming exercise and the oceanfront infinity pools for the view and pool bar restaurant. "The room is very spacious, and the balcony leads directly to the swimming pool. The facilities are complete, and the bedding and linens are also very comfortable. The service staff is warm and polite, and the day trip recommended by the front desk is also quite satisfactory. The beach is clean and quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the holiday atmosphere is full, impeccable. If I have to say something bad, the restaurant has few choices, the dishes are few and the prices are high. But since everything is expensive here, it is still within the normal acceptable range."

"A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap.
No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states.
Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket.
No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid."

"Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.
I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean."

"The service attitude is very good. There are various restaurants, Japanese restaurant, French restaurant, buffet, but it's a pity that the French restaurant is closed for maintenance. But I had seafood fried rice at noon, which was very good. The swimming pool is also very good"

"A bit far from the beach, few sea view rooms, not all-inclusive hotel, only breakfast, very average, not recommended, after all, come here to sunbathe and enjoy the beach, if it is a business activity, it is still recommended, very clean, quiet! Absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. Clean up the room twice in the morning and evening. We went to the beach to watch the sunrise, shoot, and relax the journey of the mind and body. There is a strong exotic atmosphere!

I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price.
The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe.
On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing.
The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

The service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

Advantages: The location is OK, close to the airport, in the center of the old city, the facilities are relatively new, relatively clean, and there are more food nearby.
Disadvantages: too noisy! ! If you are looking at the sea, it is not recommended to live here, a bit far away.

Location is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance.
Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle.
Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool.
I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out.
Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless.
They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Facilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra.
Anyone can go up. At the altitude tower they never ask you for wristbands, except for “premium drinks” which are few and far between…
Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors.
Buffet always the same every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to transfer **** to the bottom from the lobby to make reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, smaller rooms than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job.
For high season and what you pay, it's not worth it, for low season and the cost is somewhat fair.
